I think gear discord has a short section on improving jad times but that's all I know. The biggest tip is to find a rotation you're comfortable with (they can be found on the wiki) and practice it.

@@kden4679 @k den Absolutely, there is a Google sheets page that includes all possible rotations and the in-game time on which they happen (shown in the CC tab). You can find it on the osrs wiki if you google "fight caves rotations".
buckler adds about a 0.01% dps increase, the main reason i don't take it is because i'd probably lose 1 or 2 seconds at some point trying to wield it, which is already worse than what it's worth

@@thevisionary2822 I don't have a picture but I have the SW tile of all spawns marked (yellow), some max blowpipe range tiles for those spawns (grey) and a blue tile for tbowing NW mages
@@canadoa record was kinda free for a long time bc nobody went for it. recently evscape hosted a speedrun tournament which featured jad so I spent a lot of time practicing it off task and that's when we started breaking it down, and now that's it done I had the time to try it on task. I reckon sub 22 is possible but will need very good rng on mages and jad and virtually no mistakes
Bp for main dps, tbow for mages, chins for 1x1 mobs and 3rd age bow for hitting mobs once while too far from Bp range. 3 brews 3 range pots for brew>ranging with no stat loss, and the rests are for more venges.
Fight caves have 15 different rotations, in which the spawns are always the same. General rule of thumb, the higher level combat NPC always spawns where the second highest level spawned last wave. But you can find all the spawns on the wiki or using the online tool. I memorized all the spawns for one rotation, and only did that one by going inside the caves at specific times.

might be a dumb question, but why 3rd age bow?
For shooting npcs as you move into blowpipe distance of them (tbow/chins are both considerably less dps for this)
