I think native English speakers speak pretty fast that even Advanced English learners wouldn't understand what they're saying. In my case, I'm an Intermediate English learner so I could understand about 80% what they're saying as long as it is according to my level at which I am now. On the other hand, I'm still polishing my listening and reading skills because they're fairly important to be able to developing my English speaking even further. My tongue and my brain are not trained enough, though. In addition to it, I have always had a serious trouble with my tongue which limits me to speak correctly. I won't go into more details. I've never talked to native English speakers in real life because I'm still scared of facing real English conversations with native and non-native speakers and I think this could be a little daunting to maintain a good flowing conversation. I know there's nothing to be afraid of and I'd love to speak English confidently, fearlessly and effortlessly with an attractive English speaker someday in real life, not through my device, although that's okay too.
As an excercise I watch videos, listen to podcasts, news etc at double speed. At the beginning it is shocking but later I get accustomed and real everyday speakers seem to speak very slowly. Another thing I learn whole sentences and pieces of texts saying them aloud. It also helps with better understanding of fast speech😊😊

These types of videos are very useful to me since I have had problems not understanding some sentences, despite using subtitles, slowing down or repeating them thousands of times. I hope you continue uploading these videos where you explain the fast speech
