Hey my Man thanks! That's the bike I've wanted for years! I've done some work on it and I've got to do some more so I'll be talking to you later my friend! Thanks!
Good job young man that's why they last. I keep good maintenance schedules on my 1998 and 1999 Foreman 4x4 450S Models and they are still running like new.
Oh mais Thank You!! I wonder the same, just have to keep pushing. The same goes for my other channel RCA Good Times. I'll just have to keep on until i find what works best. I appreciate the support.
Good stuff man. I like your presentation and editing/music. I think your channel will grow. It just grew by one because I just subscribed. BTW, my wife is from Louisiana too (New Orleans / Kenner).
Thanks man i really appreciate that! Yeah not far, Im St. Martinville. Hopefully I can get more coming. Things been real busy lately and me an a buddie are looking into a shop to make all this a buisness.
Hey Boss i don't have any Lights whatsoever evo! Fuses are good. Now my reverse has gone out again! It seems it's always somin! Haha! I might have to stay your videos Bro! Thanks
First video ive seen from ya but my request is that ya talk us through the processes without the time laps i watch this kind of stuff to learn how it works and how its put together ( longer videos streched out ) kinda like a series
I have 1998 Honda 400 foreman 4x4 and it blows black smoke and sometimes it is loud and has a backfire and sometimes it’s quiet and has air running out the exhaust any idea on how to make it blowing black smoke
Fueling. Sometimes when the bikes are ran with bad fuel they tend to build up carbon. The carbon could of settled enough on the valves to create a slight gap causing the back fire. Run good 93 or 97 octane fuel. Get Seafoam a Seafoam offers a spray for the intake. Make sure to read the directions but the spray will be sprayed while the bike is running, Youll want to idle it up some and let it run while spraying it through. Youll start to see if puff black smoke, that means its breaking down the carbon. After, ill recomend to do a oil change on it.
I'm having a hard time starting my 2004. Went through all,, and the only thing I'm questioning is the choke plunger with the rubber seal on it. If this is worn, would it not suck fuel into the engine when on full choke? Once it starts it runs fine!
I wish you had given a clear look at how that main jet baffle goes back on!! Can you help me with that? I know the orientation is important and want to make sure. Thanks!!
My appalogies! Been busy, A buddie and I recently went into partnership in a shop. Not sure if its to late but if you still need assistance let me know and i can do what i can to help out
Thats a over flow hose. If the bowl goes to over fill it'll drain the excessive fuel out the carb. The screw at the bottom of the bowl is to manually open that valve to drain the fuel
Hey buddy I have a 2000 honda trx450es an I'm having shifting issues, I bought a shifting motor and still no sign of changing gear. What other things I have to do that has to do with shifting gear because it does shift manually.
Take the shift motor off the bike but leave it plugged up. Press the selector to make sure the motor is operating as it should be. If that works, take the small cover it goes into. There should be three gears in there. Check the bearing they ride in. Some usually freeze up.
I have the 450es and where I ride it out to my Son's place, about 7 miles, about 2 miles into my trip at about 30mph it dies, after about 5 minutes it starts back up again and do it's all over. Help!!!
Sounds like fuel starvation. Possiblitly the screen inside the tank could be clogged not allowing steady flow of fuel. Drain the carbs bowl, drain the fuel, an pull the tank off. Pull off the on/off valve and inspect it as well as the fuel lines.
1998 honda fourtrax 300 starting problems 30% of the time electric start works, 70% of the time you have to use the kick starter. I think it is the starter solenoid what do you think?
@@artsmith103 Its a centrifugal clutch that activated at rpm and a drive clutch or just about all hondas. Manual an electric shifts are the same besides the way their shifted.
this is an es model but has a manual shifter and not just the emergency shifter in the factory toolkit. Is that an aftermarket shifter or was it converted?
Hmmm that shouldnt affect the shifting. Pull the shift motor off and then try to shift it. If the motor rotates in either direction then you have one of the bearing siezing up in the housing the shift motor goes in

Where does the hose that connects on the bottom of the carburetor bowl go to? It has a one way valve on it I think. TIA

Don't ever add a motor flush to a wet clutch engine! That's a good way to get some failing clutch disc's very soon! OIL ONLY!
What size tires
Im not to sure. I believe they were the same size as stock tires

Check the cdi coil and spark plug then try it and if it still don't work the starter button contacts are dirty

Manual
Electric manual shift, no clutch.
