What do you think about it?
1. yes its good enough to endure multiple usage for cosplay/film 2. i would say it bring a bit uncomfortable feeling but yes you can eat talk,drink or anything else just dont do a head spin :P 3. i think it would be great, just be creative i only shown u the basic you can do a variation hope that answered your query :)
yes you can make a body suit, im afraid i dont have the luxury of time to do that, just get the idea of making the helmet and apply it to the armor so you can make it :)

yeah, make the nose part fit yours than put another layer then mold it to a pointed look
you dont really need to follow the fold, just crumple the paper ang make a triangle-like shape and its good enough to be the horn

ahhh you mean glue mixed with water at 2:13, you can also use flour+salt+water=paste

nope it wouldnt dissolve when you just dip it fast, just dont soak the paper too much
this should be made into an instructables tutorial. some measurements need a bit of explaining. still a great tutorial.
