- Today, I give y'all a quick tour of Browne Auto Salvage while searching for some parts for my 1963 Thunderbird. Browne Auto Salvage is a massive classic car junkyard located in Sunset, TX which contains about 3000 cars!

Oh yes I could have stayed there all day just walking around! There is a ton of cool stuff in there and a ton of amazing photo opportunities in there, but just from what little walking I did, I had sweat pouring down my glasses and my shirt looked like I had jumped into a swimming pool, it could definitely become a dangerous situation if you weren't careful! How much was the machine shop cost thats my next move.thks
Hello sir, the machine shop charged me $1,750 for my 390. That includes rebuilding the heads, roller camshaft, all the block work, and a rebuild kit. It would definitely be cheaper without the roller camshaft as that added about 500 dollars to my rebuild costs.
