      Hamani était un des rares boxeurs sur le plan technique style et admiration mais il a été abandonné par les autorités concernées durant ses beaux jours 76/77./78. Aucun combat jusqu'à février 80 puis l'envoyer aux USA pour battre le boxeur le plus dangereux de l'histoire de la boxe professionnelle poid moyen. Plus jeune plus frais avec 50 combats dans son sac. Hammani etait superwelter jamais moyen avant ce soir. Il n'aurait jamais du accepter cette rencontre. J'aimerais bien écouter son manager et son entraîneur de Couscous!!!!

      Hammani should've never gone in the ring against Marvellous Marvin Hagler. Hammani was at his best three years before this fight. Hammani was kicked out of France his then adopted country because he refused to fight for French flag!! Did anyone know that. During 1973 Olympics Hammani was robbed of a golden medal when the judges decided to give victory to Alain Minter instead despite the fact the latter was knocked out three times by Hammani !!!! Did anyone know that??? Once he left France Hammani was denied of any fight for the entire three years prior to Marvellous Marvin Hagler destruction!!! Did anyone know that??? Loucif Hammani was never a middleweight before this fight!!!! Did anyone know that???? Hammani was a man of dignity and principles. He opted for his country of origin instead of fighting for France this is where his professional carrier took a dive. He remains one of the best boxer that has entered the ring of 15 rounds!!! His speed hands and legs and head movements are legendary.

      @mohandsghir8573 3 роки тому +1

      @@aaronaragon7838 sorry about the dates for Munich Olympics. It was actually in 1972. Does anyone remember what we called then black September?? During these games a bunch of terrorists fighting for Palestinian cause, stormed the premises demanding the release of hundreds of prisoners. Hammani was representing Algeria not Palestine but to the eyes of higher authorities he represented Arab hope to win gold medal. He wasn't even an Arab. He comes from the snowy mountains of kabylie region. He hardly spoke one word of Arabic. He is kabyle not an Arab. He was the scapegoat in that contest. No European boxer could match him in his prime. Unfortunately when politics is mixed in with sport that sweet science loses it's credibility. Does anyone know Hammani sparred with Monzon in preparation of a big fight in montecarlo early 70s. Monzon couldn't land his hands on Hammani during the scheduled six rounds. Monzon later pleaded with the promoters asking them to get him a boxer not a ghost next time he's back in France for a fight!!!

      @mohandsghir8573 3 роки тому

      @@wahnanoDear brother from wehran, I amicably urge you to get your head out of the mud. Racism and politics have always been intertwined in professional sport. Hagler himself was a typical example of that. Check it out for your own sake. Hagler clearly wiped out the entire division before he was given a chance at the crown. Tyson, the iron man was set up by his demons in his entourage. He could've kept going as a world champion for "ever"!!!! Hammani was 30 and three years passed without a fight and never fought at middleweight. This is a fact. He was presented as a 27 year old like Hagler but that wasn't true. Hammani was never replaced in both Algeria and France since he hung up his gloves. Hammani is a true champion a people's champion. Who opted for his national emthem instead of a colonial flag. Hagler never really lost a fight. I don't need the likes of you to tell me who he is. We're only exchanging views here, no need to get aggressive. Good luck and peace be upon you.

    Loucif Hamani est un très bon boxeur. La préparation de ce combat était faible, l'entourage de Hamani n'était pas à la hauteur. Hamani revenait d'une très longue absence des rings et ne devait en aucun cas aborder ce combat ce jour là.

      I totally agree with you here. Hammani was left on the top shelf for three and a half years without a single fight prior to this one. Hammani was champion of Africa four years prior to this fight then his career froze for some sinister reason. Hammani was a natural welterweight and never fought at middleweight. Hammani wasn't 27 as the speaker mentioned. He was 31. Hammani was meant to challenge a German champion four years beforehand but the latter declined the offer. No doubt Hammani was no match to the great Marvellous Marvin Hagler. Hammani just passed away today at the age of 71, eight months after the passing of Marvin. Rip both champs ❤️❤️❤️

      Not at all, Hammani was merely his own shadow coming into this fight. Besides, Hammani was clearly Lighter and shorter than the bulky ferocious Hagler. Hagler was a complete middleweight Hammani never fought at that weight before. Hammani was four years older. Hammani didn't enter a ring for three and a half a year prior to this fight. Hammani had reached his prime in 1976 four years before this fateful encounter. Hammani knocked Alan Minter three times during 1972 Olympics and yet made to loose the fight. Minter became world champion. Hammani was way past his hey days when he faced Hagler. On sait bien que Loucif Hamani à été menacé à l'hôtel et puis ils sont changé le lieu du combat. Mais une chose et sûr, si le combat a été jouée en France , Marvin Hagler va perdre la rencontre . Paix a son âme toutes mes condoléances a la famille de Loucif Hamani er vive la kabylie.
