It's been 11 months since my stroke... great interview...so many things resonated with me..Lego feet..visual planner...cold limbs. Again very relatable interview.

The lego description describes my situation so accurately. It has been 8 years for me to discover that description.

Great podcast! Positivity and hard work seem to be the answer. I agree!

So interesting to hear her describe her ribs and back “coming alive”. I experience pain in my fingers and toes as the voluntary movement slowly returns.

How long has it taken for you fingers to love again.

@@BillGasiamis It has been 4 years (on the 7th) and I can just now voluntarily make my thumb and pointer finger touch. I can plantar flex my first 2 toes, but cannot dorsiflex any part of my foot.
