Only relief I have gotten from spasticity is daily comprehensive exercises. It has other plus of keeping you in shape. As Bill states the tiredness is brain related, connections not being made use a lot of energy. As far as discovering cause, again doctors generally won't commit. I had problems after stroke and doctor referred me to hematologist where tests showed I had a mutant gene problem. Now I knew problem, but no doctor would say that was cause and there was no known treatment. I worked with my doctor to develop my own treatment (blood thinner for life). So far so good! Best wishes!
