This is such a blessing watching how you young men work to help others ! I am 90 yrs old and a dear friend ( he’s over 70 and disabled ) sees that my yard is kept mowed and edged at his expense ! He and his family claim me as family , and care for me that way ! I do have a very small front yard , but the backyard is larger ! Fence lines are kept as well !Only God knows how I appreciate and loves hem ! So , sirs you are a blessing !😍👏🏻🇺🇸 So. Texas!❤️🙏
I would have taken one look at that job and started crying. The shear volume of work that needed to be done. What an amazing transformation you two did.
Love, love, love your projects and this collaboration with Obsessive Lawnie is fabulous. I had never mowed a lawn or gone near a mower until I lost my husband and I had to learn all the tricks from scratch. Now I find it one of the most cathartic and satisfying things to do. I have bought a whipper snipper, an electric hedge clipper and pruning saw and I am the mistress of my own garden. I do like to leave patches of 'bee lawns' as a neighbour has beehives and there is such a diversity of grasses and plants. But that feeling when the last edge has been straightened and the last blade has been mowed into submission is soooo satisfying.
Well this will definitely be interesting. That’s a lot of grass to cut. Good luck! 🤗🤗🤗~Becka. PS. FAVORITE - you two mowing at the same time going back and forth - too much fun. Before and afters were terrific! Thanks 😊
Watching you weed wack that tall grass, this is the same thing AP does on his tall grass (Clean the City). Then he’ll come back with a mower. This was a ton of work!! So worth it in the end. Absolutely amazing job!
Whoooeee. That back yard was a true test for the equipment! That is some gnarly stuff but it looks a lot better now. The front wasnt as nasty it almost looks like a regular lawn now. Good job men!
Carthic does one of the manicured lawns and he is brave enough to try one with runners as tall as you are??? Brave soul. The hazardous part is this is Landscape Archeology, literally not being able to see what exists under that mass. Two people trying different approaches to work out how to get it done. Good idea. I like that someone was thoughtful and built a ramp to the upper area. Your heroic small mower is doing well. Two talented people working on it at once, it is interesting how fast you are getting it back in shape. You two got a lot done, bit by bit it was moved to being orderly and with good lines.
Beautiful yard but rather oddly configured. Very difficult job but you both worked well toward the really satisfying outcome! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Personally, would have had alot of mishaps with those retaining walls.
I think this is an incredible property - the stone retaining walls & the brick pavers. Now that you're on the job, I have no doubt this will be a beautiful lawn!
Because of you Tim I cant get any housework done. Lol. Im addicted to your videos. Im a senior woman and i am amazed how you weed eat on the edges of the side walks and driveways. My lines were NEVER straight. Lol Thankfully i no longer do my lawn but im living my mowing days through you. Lol
Tim you and Carthic worked really well together. That was a really thick and nasty back yard, I enjoyed watching the two of you using your different skills into getting that yard back in shape, looking forward to seeing you go back to do your final touches.
Wow! That St Augustine grass is crazy! Amazing that the whipper and that bulldog of a mower were able to cut through it! The two of you did a Great job! Hopefully they can now keep on top of it also it doesn’t get so out of control! I can see where it is a challenging yard though with the retaining wall & two levels!
Tim, I must say, you sure bring your full package to the landscaping & your Bud Obsessive Lawnie joining ya. You'al make a Great💪💪🏿Team. Just found your channel. Victorian here. How I dislike buffalo grass, I've been digging (mattocking and 1 foot down) an area of it up for a vegie patch. Oh my goodness the time it is taking and trying to get it done before the warmer weather is here in between all the rain. About another 3 square metres to go. I'd never plant it for a lawn, but that is what is here.
@@judyfenske1429 Oh yes, we used to live by a golf course growing up. I was just referencing it, because it's the closest I've seen a lawn look like a Green. We actually had someone nearby, who's front lawn was done as a Green.
What a great choreographed team you made in the backyard. That was quite some heavy grass but you conquered it masterfully. Well done and a pleasure to watch !!!!
Enjoyed watching the two of you work and trying different equipment. I guess you would have to mow this type of grass quite often to keep it manageable. My favorite was when the cascading grass on the stone wall came down @21:15 when you edged!
Hi Tim and Carthic, great team work guys. Carthic I remember seeing you in Tims video of you and your beautiful lawn. Watching the grass faii off the retaining wall was fun.You earned you pay on this one guys. Hi from Queensland 🐨
This...was a Job!!! Carthic was an Awesome guest!!! A little help goes a long way. Beautiful yard once it was cleaned up. Need to see more Guests ,get their opinion also. Wonderful work!!! 👍😎☮️💖🌳🌱💐
Great job Tim and Karthic!! I saw this on the smart TV and then came back to laptop to like it and appreciate it! It was really felt great seeing you two working!
What great team work. That back yard kept you two hopping. I always enjoy watching you the best. Your detail is so good. You don't hurry and miss things . Your lines are perfect! Beautiful brick work. What a great transformation. You always clean up the grass so good, and don't leave the clippings. Excellent job!! God bless.
Morning Timothy, I think there was more work than we realised! It looks so much more tidy, and a few more trips with the lawn mover will bring it to perfection. Having such a pristine lawn which Carthic manages, I wonder what his thoughts were when he saw that long grass. It will be such a neat and tidy home once all the lawns are under control. Well done a pleasure to watch your techniques in mastering those overgrown properties. It is your passion, and the master as well. Take care, kind regards.
Looks much better Tim, I had my share of Saint Augustine grass when I was in Florida years ago, now I have a bit of everything here in Pennsylvania, and the grass is just greening up good, but I have snow forecast this week so we'll see,
This is a nice property wants its completed done. 👌🏽 and many thanks go to Mystery man for his hard work of hands of helping this other's man out with his work. He needs his own you tube channel and lawn care services. This was a tall beep root grass job to take on but at the end its was beautiful great job well done by both of them from start to finish..👍🏽😊✌🏽
Great videos and great job Tim! Tell your bride we miss not seeing her help you on your adventures! We understand she is busy with job and running a household but we miss her smiling face!😀 Bullet Bob from Far W. Texas! 🤠🤠🤠👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️!
good to see some electric gear out for a run ! i know they are not up to comercial standards yet but i have swapped all of my lawn gear over to ryobi except the mower and love it.
Interesting to see you buddy up. It can be easy to trip over each other in a small space until you get used to each other's work styles. Great to have someone coming alongside or behind you clearing the way or emptying your mower catcher. im not a fan of buffalo lawn either. 💜🖐🥰
That backyard was a big undertaking for two of you to do it and have such a hard time with that long grass. You did a great job on it. I found your channel 2 days ago, I like it. I like the comment you made about you" are not a slash and go" biz. In other words you cut the grass and you take it with you.
Scythes work best on upright grass. A scythe would not get under the flat runners, the weight would be a problem too. A quality brush cutter, cutting down from above the weeds is a good option. Cutting side to side in this can be hard on your body and tangle the machine al the time.
I have a neighbor who didn't cut his grass and it was at least four feet tall. He finally cut it and his lawnmower kept stalling on him and he ended up using a weed wacker. It took him all day! If he had just mowed it once a week, he would have saved himself a lot of time. But noooo, he had to go golfing.
Five stars, good work.

so satisfying watching this till the end. the result is amazing. 👏👏👏
Wow, what a place! Very nice looking place after it is cleaned up! Good job guys.
Fabulous. I loved the dueling lawnmowers.
Tim, you are an artist all on your own!
Good thing you had help on this on.....that backyard was a beast!!!
AWESOME yard transformation guys 🙌
You guys work great together. 🤩
Overgrown is an understatement !!!
I would have taken one look at that job and started crying. The shear volume of work that needed to be done. What an amazing transformation you two did.
The owner should at least pay half of what you would have earned

Glad you had help. Fun to watch the two of you get the job done.
The guy who helped has done pretty good job 👌👌 nice transformation 👍 you worked hard 😊
Super exciting, to have company helper"
Watching you weed wack that tall grass, this is the same thing AP does on his tall grass (Clean the City). Then he’ll come back with a mower. This was a ton of work!! So worth it in the end. Absolutely amazing job!

that's seriously overgrown buffalo grass. That waterfall of grass off the retaining wall was amazing
Good job.
It is amazing how much easier a job is with a helper. It gives everyone a chance to catch their breath.

Hello down under, bless your hearts watching from the states, Texas☺️🙏! Keep doing an awesome job❤☝️!
Teamwork brought that dream to reality 😊. Good to see your different styles play well together. Truly enjoyable.
when Carthic cut the overhang like he was shearing a sheep I laughed, that is some serious growth.
sheep 🐑 🐏 🐑 🤣🤣🤣
You two had some great teamwork going. Insane amount of grass in that back yard.
Great job and great video. Thank you for sharing. Boy, what a daunting task that was.
Great final product. I think your partner got an awakening to some of the more difficult yards to cleanup.
Awsome,Tim. You guys worked well together. Good job. Keep up the good work young man. Be Blessed.🙏🏾🙏🏾
Oh my God, this overgrown grass are terribly massive. Thanks for sharing this video clip with us.

Lol..it’s funny watching both of you at once mowing!!
Soo funny listening to you both talking at high speed! 😂 great job done!
Tim you and Carthic worked really well together. That was a really thick and nasty back yard, I enjoyed watching the two of you using your different skills into getting that yard back in shape, looking forward to seeing you go back to do your final touches.
well done guys
Great job guy's, it looks far better than I thought it would, again top job 😉👍🌿☘🌱🍀
Both you guys are doing a great job and learning from each other.
Great job Tim and Carthic! Enjoyed you both learning and helping each other.

Very good work Tim very thick grass, your mate working with you a great help , very enjoyable, Thanks Tim...
When you took your slasher to the edges it was like you were cutting of a grass mullet. A impressive job by you both.
Extraordinary! Brilliant transformation. I take my hat off to to you.
Delightful!
So nice to see someone help, I still why neighbours don’t help
What an amazing transformation. Before and after. No wonder why you needed help Tim.

Your lawnmower choreography is fun to watch. That was a tough job, hard on an& machine
You guys did a great job thank you for sharing. God bless.
...it was beautiful, like watching Swan Lake... with Mowers and Trimmers...
Great job you two. It was definitely a challenging one for sure. A combination of different tools did the job.

Well done, lads. Quality job.
Beautiful work. I'll bet the neighbors are thrilled to see it looking so much better.
Carthic's lawns look more like the green from a golf course.
It needs to be a certain type of seed to do the golf course grass.
@@judyfenske1429 Oh yes, we used to live by a golf course growing up. I was just referencing it, because it's the closest I've seen a lawn look like a Green.

The 'chase' scene at 24 minutes looked so fun!!!
What a great job guys, that sure was hard work! Well done 😊

So glad to see Carthic joining you!
Nice work both of you!! 😎👍
I am a senior in Canada, and I pay to get my lawn cut, I just wish they did as good a job as you guys. Thank you for what you do.

It would be interesting to see a lawn scythe used on grass like this, it would cut right thru the tall grass.

Hey a patio! Hey a wall! Finding all kinds of cool stuff under all that blanket of grass 👏👍😎 Great job…looks much better for sure
Man, Carthic is brave by bringing a battery ryobi whipper to a jungle 🤣 you guys put some work in! Another solid video!
Hi Carthic, have fun with Tim and I have seen your beautiful lawn!
I relate so much to this grass. I just want to lay down too.
That double mower action looked pretty cool! 😂
Really good improvement on the yard even for first pass
