Wow your adjustments and cues in here workout were so targeted and helpful! I feel like I almost always see cues like “chest up” or “core tight” and it just doesn’t click with me but the way you talked about each small change was so specific and helpful
Wow! I really appreciated the longer video format (information overload, for sure!) and all the adorable cats! You dancers are something else, I already knew that, but seeing Jaime so immediately receptive with your cues was shocking. I know that there's probably no such thing as a perfect client, but Jaime probably felt very much like one to you! Amazing video, even for your standards, thank you so much for this one! Hope you're having a great weekend!
You know watching this makes me think that personal trainer might have been my best option. It was something I had ignored for a long time but after watching this I can see how bad my form has been which yes I have gotten some injuries. I do UA-cam videos and most trainers don’t take the time to explain proper form. I started taking my strength training serious a month ago after doing barre style workout for a long time just lifting 3lbs and I knew I could not do it anymore because of the way my body use to feel. Proper form is a must and that’s where personal trainer is highly recommended. Thanks for this great video got me thinking 😊
I’m so glad you enjoyed the video! There are definitely some workouts on UA-cam that take the time to explain proper form along the way, you just gotta find them :)
Loved the look into your excel sheet!!! The organization is fantastic. I have done everything on paper for my clients and have recently been thinking about switching to excel, this was a good jumping off point for me.
I loved this video! I’m currently an exercise science major and I’m wanting to start a personal training business of my own one day. I feel that your perspective on goals and trying to communicate with clients in a way that’s actually meaningful to THEM is huge and it makes me want to treat people with the same respect and encouragement. 🖤
This video makes me so excited for the new FITT club platform tomorrow! It's also one of my favorite videos from you so far - so much good insight into all of the little things (like listening to someone's language about health/fitness and understanding what they respond to). Your clients are incredibly lucky to have such a thoughtful and detailed trainer!
I love this so much! Love both yours and Jamie’s channels. And I loved seeing what went into planning workouts and the homework. So well-thought out. I’d love for you to be my trainer 😍
I absolutely loved this video! Your wording in the first session is amazing! And I love how you train people for more strength than weight loss! Thank you so much for posting this! ❤😊
Thank you for sharing, was awesome insight into your thought process and it is heart warming to see how much you genuinely care about your clients setting up their bodies for longevity! As I follow Jamie too this was like a school reunion 🥰 Loved the longer video!
Loved this video, my favourite of all the ones I’ve watched of yours. All your cues from day 1 I was saying just before you said them so good to know I was a good trainer too 😂 I see there’s a waiting list right now and I’m in Australia so hoping it will work out one day to train with you .
I love this video and think this was an absolutely great idea of a video! Youve talked about your process multiple times but its another thing to see it! I hope this helps people who were considering working with you finally choose to do it! You sound great to work with ❤
You really make the most informative fitness videos on UA-cam - i credit all my personal programming to you. I was wondering if you recommend a book/textbook/catalogue for reading about and choosing all the different exercises / associated mobility exercises or that's just something you learned through your various certifications?
Honestly, it is my dream to work with you!! I think you are just absolutely spectacular, and I feel that you can really help me build healthier habits and reach my fitness goals. Hopefully I'll be at a place financially soon, where I'll be able to work with you❤. Until then, I'm just going to be a crazy fan😅😂
Hi Justina, Do you train people who want to compete in powerlifting virtually especially if I don't have an actual gym, but I have a home gym? and also do you do nutrition as well??
Would you say your workouts can be helpful to someone who is a true beginner? I was bed ridden for a couple of years and lost mobility, and now I’m dealing with that and being really heavy. I’m very motivated though!
Hey! If you’ve never done any training before, most of my workouts may be too advanced. But if you’ve dabbled in weight lifting I think you’ll be fine! I also have a 4 week beginner program (back to basics) that’s perfect for anyone looking to nail the basics :)
Okay I'll check them out first! I used to load trucks for ups before I became bedridden so I had to stay in shape and lift for that. I mostly say true begginer because of my weight and mobility lol
How long does it take you to program a client’s workouts? I feel like I take a looong time compared to other trainers I work with, but I’m also a new trainer…
Totally depends on the client and their goals! After the first session I zoom out to think about how I’ll progress them over the first month so that takes a little longer. But after that, doesn’t take more than 5 min :)
Wow your adjustments and cues in here workout were so targeted and helpful! I feel like I almost always see cues like “chest up” or “core tight” and it just doesn’t click with me but the way you talked about each small change was so specific and helpful
I'm so glad those cues resonated with you! Everyone is different so it's really fun to play and figure out what works :)
Honestly just seeing what to expect with a trainer was super helpful
I’m so glad!
As an ex dancer also, this was so cool and helpful to watch! Props to Jamie for being such a great example. Thank you both!
Glad you enjoyed it!
This was such an unexpected and fun collaboration!
I’m so glad you enjoyed!
YOU ARE THE BEST ❤
Why are my cats insane
AS ARE YOU! And the cats were my favorite thing to hunt for during editing lol

I'm so happy you enjoyed the video! And Jaime was a DREAM to coach :)
Super interesting behind the scenes: what the actual practical, time consuming preperations are you have to do to support your client.❤
I'm so happy you found it interesting!

I love Jaime's content. So excited to see some of my favorite Content Creators coming together. Thanks for the great video.
You’re so welcome!
Loved the look into your excel sheet!!! The organization is fantastic. I have done everything on paper for my clients and have recently been thinking about switching to excel, this was a good jumping off point for me.
So glad it was helpful! I always love seeing what other people do and stealing little gems to put in my toolbox :)
Dude, this was RAD! Thankya J.!
So glad you enjoyed it!
This makes me want to sign up tbh. 😂 great video!
Yay! Thank you!
Love you and Jaime
Thank you!

I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
I’m with Jamie on this one. I hate working my lower body but I force myself to do it anyway but I despise doing it 😊
haha I totally get it!
Can you do more of these videos with clients? I liked watching this a lot more and enjoyed the length.
Maybe in the future! I don’t film my clients so I’ll have to figure something else out :)
I absolutely loved this video! Your wording in the first session is amazing! And I love how you train people for more strength than weight loss! Thank you so much for posting this! ❤😊
So glad you enjoyed! Weight loss is a perfectly fine goal, but your workout will only support it. Nutrition and overall lifestyle changes are key :)
Its Jamie!!!! Love that girl!!
she's the best!
This video was so insightful and inspiring, I was amazed, I admire you as a trainer so much
Wow, thank you!

I loved loved the sneak peek at the new platform looks amazing and I can’t wait to start using it
Ahhh thank you!

Thank you so much!
Great video!
Thank you!
Also, you are a mastermind! The way your brain works in terms of programming is so interesting. ❤
Aww thank you! YEARS of practice and learning. I'm sure I'll look back in a few years and be like "oh damn I'm so much better now" lol
Great video! This was so interesting to see :)
I'm so glad you found it interesting!
This was beautiful! Loved seeing how you program 🎉
Thank you!!
so much fun!
Thanks!

Honestly it’s the certifications but also just years of experience! Nothing beats working in person with people individually.
I LOVE CRAZY FANS!! thank you for always supporting Sarah :)
Hi! Great info. Do you ever decline clients? (For example if someone has an active eating disorder and has not been cleared to exercise)
Yep! I’ve also declined clients if they don’t fill out the intake form prior to our call. It tells me a lot about how ready they are to commit.
Hi Justina, Do you train people who want to compete in powerlifting virtually especially if I don't have an actual gym, but I have a home gym? and also do you do nutrition as well??
Hi! I don't have any powerlifting experience, so I would refer you out to someone else. And I don't offer nutrition coaching at the moment.
Aww, Jamie! :) :) :)
she's the best!

Oh! I also have a whole playlist of workouts on here! I would try out a few first to make sure it’s a good fit.
Okay I'll check them out first! I used to load trucks for ups before I became bedridden so I had to stay in shape and lift for that. I mostly say true begginer because of my weight and mobility lol

Watching this , i think my last pt was a fraud 😔
That stinks..
Oh nooo! Everyone has a different process, it may just be different than mine ❤️
For some reasons i feel like uneven push ups are easier for me .. is there a scientific reason for that ?
Nope! You just happen to be stronger in those muscles :)
do you train people in the uk i might be interested
Yep! I have a wait list right now but you can join it on my site :)
i have seen that girl before she as her own channel on youtube is that right
Yep! You should subscribe :)
