Hello, what are the sizes?
I opened in cricut and the first layer came in at 3.921x4.134
How do i make the different sizes?
The svg has the size you should use in cricut design space

I may gave something wrong as I've watched the video several times.
You will use the measurements in the svg to resize the template..are u in my fb craft group Andrina's Kreations crafting lounge feel free to post a video to further help you ..all templates come with the size ..you will resize entire template to that size
