    Bro, Usain bolt was so different than all these shorter sprinters competing at the Olympics. He was tall and lanky, and he bulked up a little bit from 2008 to 2009. This guy truly is the greatest sprinter of all time, running 100 metres in only 41 steps, insane 🥶 👀!

      Not denying that, but his stride length is much more than others and the taller you are the more weight you end up having normally so that's nothing special

      @bigchainring1977 ye they do, that's why only 1 white person has officially got sub 10 in the 100 while over 36 black people have multiple times

      I wouldn’t even worry about it I put years of placing together the best exercises and programming possible. Some of his stuff but also stuff from the greatest coaches out there all in one program

    I'm doing a little bit of jump training, depth jumps.. it almost feels like training the CNS there's a different world that makes your body react in a very different way..

    I have a problem with bobbing left and right when I sprint and it drains my energy quicker than everyone else, how can i stop This?

      Nope we want rotation in sprints, it’s called the spinal engine theory, and sprinting requires external and internal rotation of the hip
