This is by no means to take anything from Usain, his techniques works for him and also Usain worked up the ranks in a nice steady fashion. Yes the man is strong but he worked very hard & steady.
Michael has been criticized for things he supposedly knows about & thinks he knows. MJ is very bias & negative in a lot of instances. I personally wouldn't take everything he says as law. He obviously knows a lot about sprinting but he doesn't know why UB was so fast. UB was fast bc he put the work in & mastered his body. He also had an outstanding coach.

Bolt has an Irish Manager Ricky Simms, we have an Irish Physiotherapist named Anthony "The Star" Geoghegan who is so damned good that Jamaican Physiotherapists including Bolts personal therapist come all the way over here to learn how to be the best with physiotherapy but also on how to use a "Slant Board " or "Speed Board " called M.R.I.P Slant Board which is used for Training Athletic Movements like Triple Extention of Ankle, Knee's and Hips. Resistance Bands instead of weights which helps keep Athlete's free from injury and performing at their best. They also use this Board as a tool for Stretching all the muscle's in the body, but with the Board you Stretch lots of muscle's at any 1 time which also releases Fascia, the connective tissue which surrounds all the muscle's of the Human body. And in turn we are getting to learn how these Speed Merchant's train and get some fast. So I wouldn't say their fast cause their Jamaican, they are fast because when your no 1 sport in a country is Track n Field, they have learned over the decade's on how to train Bloody Hard and all kids want to be like their National Hero's. Hard work and dedication pays off, it's a great time to be learning from 1 another especially if your Irish, we've just been training wrong over the last 50 years, but now thanks to "The Star" Geoghegan he's bringing all the right training method's back to Ireland to help the current and next generation of Sprinters catch up with the rest of the world. 100 year's ago Irish Athletes we're amongst the most feared athletes in the world and if all goes well we can compete on a world level again and be right up there against the best "AGAIN" C'mon IRELAND 💪💪😉😉😃😉😉💪💪

Usain stride is ridiculous as well as leg speed and explosiveness. David rudisha is another one with a huge stride and with sprint training could probably be quick, USAIN and athletes like Rudisha have huge stride length and efficient leg speed
