This video is VERY delayed and was supposed to release in November 2023, but maybe of the same metrics apply, so I wanted to get it out there. I apologize if the dates are off that I mention in the video and for the bad hair day I was sick😷! Lake Nona is one of the fastest growing regions in Orlando, and continues to grow. I've had the pleasure of helping so many people move here and plant their roots to grow with it!
Also surprised you didn’t mention the neighborhood town center that is getting build for laureate park south
Advent health has a new 5 story building going up right on Narcoossee literally right now. UCF has a new nursing building going in this year at the town center, getting constructed right now. Boxi Park plans of getting expanded, and so much more you left out

Forgot to mention the 2 new strip malls coming on to Narcoossee and Boggy Creek, right next to the wawa and cross from it
This video was posted a few months late per the caption, definitely a ton of exciting new growth since then!
