Even here in February the garden is beautiful, I can't wait to see what it going to look like in April. I keep binge watching it over and over again.🙏🏽
Hello my garden friend, thank you for watching! Yes, spring is right at the corner, aren’t we getting excited! I just purchased some red and dark pink astilbe today from Costco, something more to add on to my summer garden. Our loving spirits never end!❤
Your February garden is beautiful. Your sculptures, lights etc. take your garden to the next level. It is a treat to see a beautiful garden, while everything around us remains dormant to include those awful gray days. Through your gardens, we can see a glimpse of what spring is yet to bring, job well done. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you my garden friend! Garden is not for spring and summer only, like our life, it’s for four seasons all year round I believe, while eagerly awaiting for new growth when everything is in dormant, we should also be able to feel hidden life in harsh conditions, this is also part of beauty. So glad I am not alone out there ❤️
Восхитительное умиротворение. Так хочется мира, тепла, солнца,красоты вокруг, жизнь така быстротечная... А вместо этого война, слёзы, боль,отчаенье...😢 Спасибо за минуты релакса...❤
(Did you get to finally take your trip to Tokyo? ) Can’t wait to get my hands dirty in the garden. Our last frost date in Central Illinois isn’t until the middle of April, but plenty of task to do until then. As usual, thanks for being such an inspiration to all of us. Glad to report that the solar lights that you sent a link to awhile back are still holding up very good in my garden. If any garden friends would like to see that video, it is entitled “Add 4 x 4 post for solar flame lights for your evening Garden, (from eight months ago) awesome video! Love hearing spring in the air.
Hi Mary, are you back from Florida? I bed you need some time to adjust the cold climate 😅 No, I couldn’t make it to Japan yet, most likely postpone to April, but then I’ll hate to leave my garden… although we can get quite warm in April, but the last day of frost here is after Mother’s Day, so every year I have to remember the painful lessons I’ve learned, and telling myself to have patience. I went to Costco today and purchase some Astilbe in red and dark pink, I think I can plant them soon, believe me or not, I didn’t have a single astilbe in my garden yet😮 Thank you promoting my light post ideas, we should ask Home Depot and Amazon for commission 😂 My back and shoulder are already sore from cleaning up, we need to get into shape for spring, showtime!💪🏼💪🏼
Do you mean the wood logs fence? That was from the black walnut tree got knocked down by a storm last year. In order to safe some cost, and provide natural source for the wild, I asked the tree guys to stack them, and some really huge ones were difficult to move around, so I have them stand up in groups, then add something I can find to decorate… it’s a fun project😊 Thank you for watching and your sweet comment❤ see you again soon!
Hi there, if I tell you that I am pretty much the only one is taking care this garden with some help from my husband, will you believe me? Really, in 365 days, we can accomplish a lot! Thank you for visiting, see you again soon❤
May I ask what state you are located, or if not from the US, what country? Your property is beautiful....from winter thru fall. I love how you video with the beautiful classical music....very special and enjoyable!
I am in New England, close to Hartford Connecticut, only 2 acres of land for me to play around for now. Thank you for the lovely comment, see you again soon in spring?😊
Oh yes, I just watched Monty Don’s Spanish garden trips, so inspired! It brought back some sweet memories of my visit to Toledo, Seville, Madrid and Barcelona a few years ago… what a beautiful country you are in!
Thank you my garden friend! All my garden movies are photos and videos I took from my IPhone, then loaded up to IMovie app for cutting here and there, sounds may adjusted as well, that’s about it. The foggy weather may looked like filtered I guess… after all, I am not that of high tech person I must confess 😜
