Starting from the Keokuk Yacht Club a pair AT&SF bookended Warbonnet's are chased along the Mississippi River Lake Cooper through Sandusky, Montrose, the forgotten settlements of Galland & Viele, and on through Ft.Madison IA. .
This is part 1 of 3 . A CLASSIC CHASE ! In the final scene in Part 1, these AT&SF Warbonnet's cross under their old home rails between Montrose & Viele Iowa.
Those being the Chicago/KC Santa Fe Main,
while another BNSF freight passes over the top of the old CB&Q Hannibal Sub, The K-line, between Burlington IA. & West Quincy MO.; The Line I have been pacing on.
Beautiful vistas as backdrop as these old warhorse plod on ! I had a good tome making it and hope you enjoy watching !!!
