How exciting to visit the Hautulco area. and probably at the best time of year? I know it is Hot there perhaps year around, but I think going into late Fall and Winter it is a little better? Maybe the humidity drops a bit? For my older bones I think it would be good. Thank you for sharing the beauty of Mexico.
Nice place. Just a note to everyone, the beaches are not part of any property. In Mexico, beaches are all public, so don't be surprised or upset if you see people in that bay because, again, they are public. Just thought I'd share because a lot of people go buy and expect to OWN the beach too. 😂
@MovingToMexiCo That may be the case, but I was just saying so people don't get the wrong impression of what they are buying. Nowadays, people moving to Mexico feel entitled to saying that the beach area is of their property, wrong. Again, nice property.
That’s a good point and coming off of our dengue experience we were concerned about mosquitos. For whatever reason there were minimal and bugs. The only real pest that I encountered was a baby scorpion.
@@Faben202 but is still overpriced? far more than most regular NorteAmericans can afford, and search by number of flights to Huatulco (HUX), it's a small airport, for those who can afford this price, this location is not ideal either
There is no such as thing as private beaches in Mexico they belong to all Mexicans. So don’t get any ideas that the beaches at resorts homes etc are private whoever tells you that they lying to your face 😂. I am saying this because some Canadians and Anglo people think that when they buy a house close to the beach they think that also comes with a private beach. Let me burst your bubble and tell you that your funny as hell. don’t be surprise to wake up and find Mexican people where you think that beach belongs to you and DO NOT try to call the authorities they will probably laugh in your face. Good luck.
Such an absolutely stunning home! TY for the tour. You two have such a beautiful relationship; it's so nice to see that in this upside down world.
I went to Huatulco a few years ago. I loved it so much. Very beautiful, authentic, not a tourist hub.
Agreed. It’s a beautiful place.
It is a beautiful home, love the privacy and the landscape and of course the view.

I believe it’s similar to our area. Hottest in the summer and it cools down in the fall and winter.
Price?
The price is at the end of the video.
@@ldstiesto 2 million dollars 😅

This is true. This beach however is pretty much only frequented by people who live in the surrounding homes.

That looks like an awesome place to vacation. With such an open floor plan how does ine deal with the mosquitos and other bugs?

Need to make price more obvious.
Thanks for sharing

Yes, send us an email. info@beachlifemexico.com
❤🎉
🙌
I enjoyed the video and it's a beautiful house but I prefer to watch videos with homes that the average Joe and Jane could afford.
I’m glad you enjoyed the video Rod!
How much are they asking for the house.
We mention this detail at the end of the video. If you’re interested send an email info@beachlifemexico.com
Are they saying a house for sale is only 4k?
That can't be it.
@@noname-by3qz it’s for sale at $2M USD. They shared the price at the very end of the video.
Yes, gotta stay to the end 😉
4k as of today, more means 4k video, never said a price of 4k of any currency,
but probably 4k of bitcoins!
