    Whoa.... one of the most uncomfortable meditations I’ve done... it was literally foreign territory to “hear” the silence on this one. Much needed.

    Tamara, thank you for this mediation and the 31 Day Challenge. Realizing that only each one of us can judge ourself helps on setting boundaries. Saying, “No,” means we refuse to give others permission to judge us.

    I have a very scattered mind. I can't concentrate on anything for more than a few minutes. Even in these meditations, my mind is scattered in 1000 different direction and kind of waits until the session ends!

      The mind is designed to wander, so don't feel you're doing anything wrong. If the mind wanders a 1000 times, bring yourself back to the breath 1000 times. 💙

    I always have thoughts in my head during practice. I have never had, not for even a moment, a mind that was clear during practice. But I’ve been assured that doesn’t matter, so I just keep doing what I’m doing. Thanks for asking that question Joseph! But I don’t think it was answered directly- why try to clear the mind if it’s ok to have thoughts? Why does the narrator or whatever always ask you to clear your thoughts and then, when that’s impossible, assure us we didn’t need to?

    I Thank You Tamara, I do have a monkey mind and these mindful meditations over the past few weeks have helped me so much. Your voice is so calming to my spirit and the messages for personal growth are a valuable form of intimacy which I need in my life !
