    I recently started meditating daily again, and how have I been spoiled. I have tried other guides and programs, but something about Tamara's calming voice and the background nature sounds draws me back to her every day. I am grateful for the experience - thank you!

    Thank Tamara for your presence on this platform. These guided mindful exercises are greatly impactful to my mental health. You see I struggle with hearing voices and fear is associated with it. But these practices allow for somewhat of a softening.

    Thank you so much for this meditation, and your generosity in providing I think the very best mindfulness channel on UA-cam. This particular session on boredom is my favourite. I just could not help myself nodding in agreement to everything being said.

    I would define boredom differently. Tedious is what comes to mind with boredom. For example, eating the same thing each day or taking the same path and not exploring a new path.
    I cherish moments of being still, especially, in a job interacting with people constantly. Silence and quiet can be meditative and spark creativity.
