    Great advice. I have one more tip I highly recommend to beginners: make sure you hold the crossfader in the same way for open and closed-fader scratches. When I started, I learned each separately and held the cross fader in a different way. It makes it more difficult to transition from open to closed fader scratches when you start stringing them together. Now I need to relearn everything.

    Dope video dude! I’m currently taking lessons from a DMC champion and these are really helping to supplement things between sessions while practicing. Appreciate it and keep up the great work!

    thank you .. step by step i try to get better .. but as a lefthand human my right hand feels so unaccurate and slow and i try to find the right way to train that better.
    you may understand what i mean x: greetings from germany

    • @DJLiftOFF
      @DJLiftOFF  6 місяців тому

      Much love to Germany! And yes, I know e Scott what you mean. I’m better at certain scratch techniques using different hands because my left hand on the cross fader isn’t super strong. However, keep it at it! You can only get better!

      @@DJLiftOFF i feel like my strong variant is left hand on vinyl, right hand on fader. Yea i keep trying it 😅

    Im having an issue with the scratch sample "migrating" on my rev 7 platter. I will start practicing the chirp with the arrow pointed at a particular knob, after 10 minutes, the arrow is pointed at the hot cue button

    • @DJLiftOFF
      @DJLiftOFF  4 місяці тому

      Yo! After 10 minutes, I can see the arrow moving. If it was pointing in different directions after a minute or so, that would be more alarming. But if you wanna keep it in that same spot, just have to make sure you’re always pulling back to the same exact spot

  • @gioiamaynor2956

    I been doing better at it. Its just me using my left hand 😢becuse im better with my right, due to me being right handed.
