How to fix smart view in Android working with Reflector 3

Thank you for solving an issue I have had for weeks ever since I upgraded to Android 11. After using Quick Settings I went back to Settings and touched "+" then drug Cast to Settings y voila!

I just did this and when I confirm start casting after clicking on it, it says 'Casting Screen to Reflector has ended' and under Cast it says Reflector 3 Connecting but when I click on it, then it gives me the option to 'disconnect' but on Reflector itself it my phone doesn't show up?!? any help? tia

I was having this problem. The only solution was to update to reflector 4. But i do no know if it solves your problem.
