I wonder how did Machine RS turn into RS-3? Did they simply renamed it when it was refurbished the same time RS-1 and RS-2 were introduced, or was there an original Machine RS that was destroyed and the police later made the RS series? I am asking because Machine RS does not have a flasher on top but RS-3 has one.
Thank you for your comment. As you said, the machine RS changed its name to RS-3 with the appearance of RS-1 and RS-2. In addition, in order to match the specifications of RS-1 and RS-2, the body was modified such as adding upper flashers and aero parts and changing the tire size.
