Q: Why is a small portion of the video completely muted?
A: Copyright reasons. Sometimes I get hit with copyright claims AFTER the video has already been posted, my only choice is to refute the claim but if UA-cam denies it, I have to either take down the video or mute the small portion they are claiming. If the video has been up for a while, it is much easier for me to mute this small portion in the YT studio and then unmute it months later after people aren't watching the video as much.
Q: Why is the movie not as loud as I want it to be, why can't you show more of it uncut?
A: Copyright reasons. Notice a pattern here? Most of your questions will likely be answered with some type of copyright related reason.

The dialogue between Oberyn & Tyrion was actually Pedro Pascal’s first recorded scene. In one take, he accidentally leaned too far backwards against a wooden beam, and nearly knocked a flaming torch out of it’s holder. Pascal narrowly avoided having the flaming torch land directly onto his shoulder, or lightning his hair on fire.
Yeah this was the 3rd recasting of the Mountain. He was The World's strongest man for a while.
As for Cersei and Bron, they were together for a while and you'll never see them on the screen at the same time as they refused to work together. Crazy 😂
The most significant part of the Sansa LF scene isn't the kiss, it's that tiny smile of acknowledgement that Sansa gives LF when he says "given the opportunity what do we do to the people who hurt the ones we love".That perfectly reflects the duality of LF's character: On one hand, the unscrupulous schemer. On the other, poor little boy from the Fingers who was smitten by his Lord Tully's daughter the moment he laid eyes on her all those years ago. It's the first time (for a fleeting sec, but nevertheless) we see a vulnerability in the armor of the most dangerous man in Westeros, according to Varys.

They can live in my new world or they can die in their old one", that line is in the season 4 trailer and while she says that they show visuals of Tywin Jaime Cersei the Tyrells...the faces of the ruling power of Westeros. The new world being born in the shell of the old one.

Phew, I always get choked up when Oberyn says "That's just a baby". Yes, yes he was, Tyrion was an innocent little new-born baby, and already famously demonized, and putting it this way just really highlights the horror of it. I do wish they had kept in the bit where Oberyn talks about Elia fawning over baby Tyrion, it's a sweet glimpse at the person Elia was.
The plot at the Eyrie is so intense this episode. I wish they had waited with revealing that Lysa poisoned Jon Arryn on Baelish's orders until the confrontation at the Moon Door, but maybe they thought that would have been too much.
Regardless, it's an intense and well acted scene, one that makes me simultaneously terrified of Lysa, and so sad for her. Her mind is so messed up from loss and lovelessness, she's so deluded about her relationship to Baelish, convinced that she had finally earned love after so long being "kept apart", until to feel that it's snatched away again. The tragedy of course being that the love was never there at all, Baelish only ever "loved" Catelyn, and Baelish doesn't even truly love at all.
It's interesting how clear it is to most of the audience how "crazy" Lysa is, but I rarely see people talk about how "crazy" Baelish is here. Because here we really see that Baelish isn't just a cold, self-centred, calculating genius - with him kissing Sansa, we see just how ruled he can also be by his unwell emotions. He kisses a child who "should" have been his, as a substitute for the mother. It's about his wounded pride, the rejection, and about "winning" against those who wronged him, real or imagined. And he can't help himself, even though it could have really messed up all his plans, forcing him to the risky act of killing off Lysa. Baelish is just as psychologically messed up as Lysa, just as "crazy" - he's just not "crazy" in the overtly obvious way Lysa is.
"Littlefinger let Lysa sob against his chest for a moment, then put his hands on her arms and kissed her lightly. “My sweet silly jealous wife,” he said, chuckling. “I’ve only loved one woman, I promise you.”
Lysa Arryn smiled tremulously. “Only one? Oh, Petyr, do you swear it? Only one?”
“Only Cat.” He gave her a short, sharp shove.
Lysa stumbled backward, her feet slipping on the wet marble. And then she was gone. She never screamed. For the longest time there was no sound but the wind."

The dude that plays the mountain was recast. This guy is semi famous. he has won a bunch of "world's strongest man" contests. Thats the one were they pull semis with their teeth and flip truck tires. They recast the Mountain at least one more time.

The scenes in this episode killed me. Peter Dinklage was completely killing it. When he says "Cersei always gets what she wants", no matter how many times I have watched this scene, I get tears in my eyes.

Yeah, they dated pre-Game of Thrones. So, Lena Heady (Cersei) refused to act with him in the same scenes. They only thing she agreed to was walking past him, once.

The Mountain was actually recast twice
Oberyn as Cercei said is a legendary fighter, One of the deadliest men alive. He is best known for using poison in fight. His nickname is The Red Viper because of that. Oberyn also was for a while in the second sons! So i assume he met Daario Naharis.

Even with a gun you want to go for the heart more so than the head. Believe it or not headshots are often not fatal
3:50 - if you take the head, it's harder on the family, when you have to put your loved one back together again. So I'm guessing in this time and place, it's a custom/tradition to try and keep the body in one piece for funeral, if possible.

Also this episode has a continuity problem with the later seasons. Nothing major, most people probably didn't notice it, but it's there.
The hound -Sandor Clegane's brother, The mountain - Gregor Clegane is always Cersei's champion.

Can you really "liberate" people from their age-old traditions by threats and ultimatums? Saying they can live or die by what they chose sounds an awful lot like "you're either with us or against us". Yeah that's something a tyrant would say. The lack of any real choice will create resentment. Maybe trying to come to a middle ground with the old order instead of giving them ultimatums will cause less bloodshed in the long run.

It’s so hard to say because I have more love and nostalgia for the walking dead because I’ve been watching it since I was 12 years old for the past ten years, but GOT is such amazing quality and likely more consistent in quality

The snow is getting closer to the south every day because of the walkers; “winter is coming” is finally true
4x6 and 4x7 in 2 days.....they deserved, since they are 2 of the best episodes. of course the best scene is in E6 with tyrion "confessing" but E7 has more good scenes. Hot pied/brienne was funny, Sansa/Lysa/Baelish was good, and Oberyn's "just a baby" is touching. i think there is only 1 episode in the entire show that has more good scens than 4x7, at least for me

Lysa was crazy
Yes, she was very sick - suffering a forced abortion as a teen, being married off to a man older than her father, suffering miscarriage after miscarriage, it all took a huge toll on her mental health. Its tragic how Lysa turned into a woman so paranoid, jealous and fearful, and so controlled by her overwhelming emotions that have all piled up inside. And it sucks how Baelish used that to his advantage, rather than actually seek to help this woman he grew up with, or at least not encourage her down a worse path, as he did.
