A movie will be best. Prof Muigai, founded my life story. He sponsored my schooling at Inoreero center and what I have today is because of him!. God bless you Sir.
I had to order Githu Muigai's book straight from Kabarak University - the publisher - because of how highly I rank him. I can't think of a better lawyer! He motivated me to register for LL.B at the UoN as a second degree. And look, it is in his humility. He doesn't want to directly state it that he was the best student in his undergraduate class and the entire university that year (1984). I like how he emphasises the fact that education changed his life forever. His teachers of law, especially the late land guru, Professor Hastings Opinya Okoth-Ogendo, must be smiling, beyond the skies, truly satisfied with their product in Githu. What a man!
Proff was born at Pumwani, where great men and women will continue being born because Pumwani is still in operation. I, myself was born at Pumwani. I believe one day I will be great. Amen!
This should have been , at the minimum, a one hour presentation This is a petition to have Prof. Githu Muigai back. Edit: Can someone please have a projector on stand by next time for us to see the photos?
He is fantastic and as a woman who grew up in poverty with a mother who raised 10 children in eastland am so proud of how she taught us to dream and work for a better life .
Githu i thank God for you i pass through ndumberi going home to my village Gathanji where i was born still my home because my parents are still there and our post office box 46 Githunguri You might wonder why by my marriage My grandparents used to call them Rumbwa i don't know why am giving all these explanation
What a story! Totally loved it! Githu is a great story teller. 1. He should write a book, and 2. He should get another chance at Engage to finish the story. E.g. Did Aunt Mary get an equal sharing? Were the lawyers helpful? What happened to Uncle Paul? In short, please get Githu back to complete his story😍
People have a lot of History that they don't tell us about. What Githu is telling us explains how Kikuyus ended up in the Rift Valley. I have always thought that it was Kihika Kimani who took us to Rift Valley in the 1960s and 70s. But it appears that Kikuyus went to Rift Valley as early as the 1920s.
A superb advocate who commands the respect of the bench and the bar.A consummate public intellectual.A great man and a teacher to many out there. That’s Prof.Githu Muigai for you.
Githu muigai is a very cool and a humble guy. Apitangi karen bila kusalimia wasee wa boda, ma3 na wale wamama ufanya kazi dogs dogo hapo karen kwa round about. He is a man easily to reach and to have a chat with. To add, after catching up with this guys at karen, he makes sure he buys them chai.
Prof Githu the great. My first time to hear the word 'mortician' was from him. I like the way he grilled Prof makau during the search for CJ Mutunga successor, it was a tough one
I was, before I heard You, a piece of Raw Cloth !And look I am now Tailored into A Fine Gentlemanly Jacket after Listening to Your Stitching Speech ! I am a Structural Civil Engineer of The Firm “Bells Associates Limited” and I Salute You, Sir Muigai ! 👏🙏👏
Never a dull day with the "mortician". Sad I couldn't make it to listen to this in person. 😌 Do have him over to tell the rest of the story. We need a sequel where select speakers who were pressed for time can come back to finish what they started! While we have time, let's finish on the three-piece, his Chambers and Snocream! Prof's diction is unmatched and his delivery is poetic! Top drawer stuff!
Such a great orator and a very very hilarious man Githu Muigai is!.😂😂😂. Very inspiring story. Clearly demystifies the seemingly serious former Attorney General. Beautiful story 👍.
This boy from Eastland is indeed a story teller & inspiring. I started liking u when you were being interviewed to be our CJ. That's when u came out as one of the smartest lawyer that Kenya has. B4 that I associated you with the Mwai Kibaki government & your saying that you want to hang our hero Baba if he swears in himself. But then, man you have won my heart over & over. Thank u for such inspiring & eloquent speech. Wishing u long life & please, be coming out to tell your story. It's very encouraging. Kudos.
What an outstanding human being! Prof. Githu, you are the stuff of legend. My dear father in Kirigiti respected you tremendously and spoke of you often. I never had the honor of meeting you but I see why he loved you. Kenya needs more men like you and Engage needs to host you again!
"Power doesn't like a lot of noise when you are in the inside. You have to learn to whisper "
Githu Muigai should just write a book on his amazing journey in life...He is a natural storyteller and very gifted as well.
A movie will be best. Prof Muigai, founded my life story. He sponsored my schooling at Inoreero center and what I have today is because of him!. God bless you Sir.
I am glad that as a lawyer he has written so many materials that we are using. He is a great person.
Poised, articulate, humourous and really inspirational 👍
