    Bell peppers
    Onion
    Garlic
    Tomato paste
    Heavy cream
    Rice
    Chicken broth
    Bacon
    Chicken thighs
    Cream cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    Cook chicken thighs in oven on 350° until done. Dice chicken and sat aside. To a skillet add 1tbs butter, 1tbs tomato paste, garlic, onion, and 1 cup heavy cream. Add seasonings and let simmer. Melt 1tbs of cream cheese in mixture. Once cheese is melted add chicken thighs, cooked bacon, and rice. Let's simmer.
    To the bell peppers add rice, mixture, and top with Mozzarella cheese. Coat pan with chicken broth and let bell peppers cook 350° for 30mins or until soft. Garnish with Parsley and enjoy :)
