6’3” and getting ready to maybe attempt this, myself. Best lesson I’ve learned with replacing stock Harley parts: a rubber mallet and a $10 Walmart breaker bar will save your back! Lol

Truth! I did the forwards on my bike by myself… So I help him put his on because I made a lot of mistakes 😂 I stripped one of my bolts and had to drill it out, and it took hours
@@RoboRider22 I am 62 and i cant tell you how many bone head mistakes i made....But i dont make many anymore....Always take your time and never force anything is my advice...

Yeah @BartowBunny looks alot more relaxed on that baby! I remember after they released the latest version of the low rider s I sat on it at brandon (now known as tampa bay harley) and I couldnt do it with how uncomfortably high those controls were. But now all he needs is a nice pair of slip ons so that baby can roar lol. Nice job brothers!

I put the Happy Moto ones on my Low Rider ST yesterday. They are aluminium compared to steel Harley ones, so time will tell how they last. All the pivot points are nice and tight though.

I just bought these, could you verify if there is a primary hole cover in that kit? And do you need to replace the break line?
There was NOT a primary cover unfortunately. And you don’t replace the break line. They give you a bracket to move all the break stuff on to.
@@RoboRider22 would you know where to get one / what the part is called? If not don't worry I can find it
@@chueb I’m not sure but @bartowbunny might. These were his forwards and he said he was getting one
What about the giant hole in your primary?
My kit came with a small rubber piece to fill that hole. I forgot to tell Jerry about that. I think he may have the same piece
