Yes, you will need the wiring harness and the module to make the 8 speed work behind the 3.6L and yes the 2019 Ram 3.6L 4x4 transmission will work great.. We flash the transmission with the Challenger flash for many resins, one is so you can get manual mode and also all of our transmission setups are the same..

Yes we used the white/black from our harness to the white/blue from the Jeep and the white with black Jeep side to the white with red our harness side..
What if you can’t communicate to the tcm?

We did cover that in a video years ago, we used the white twisted pair in the console area..

Can we add the Lingenfelter fan controller switched power wire to the yellow w/red too?
We have a wiring diagram on how we do it..

I did that!! I got white/black and white/blue and white/red. Maybe you can spell it out for me.
