Is this the type of video you'd like to see from me? Let me know if you want to see more of this type... or what other kinds of videos you'd like to see me make :-)
I love when you chat while you walk and bringing us on your journey. Thank you so much, I did a great video walking outside but my mic was awful. I will be reshooting it. I have 5 of them walking outside that I am editing lol ... In 2025 I want to start going live, thanks for the inspiration Rob
Imho, yes... aside from my noticing the cool rocks behind you on the path (Im a geologist ⚒️👷♀️), I was going to comment already that, with your videos, I feel like you're talking to me, personally, and it's genuine and honest. You're not trying to sell me the world or make grandiose "you, can get rich by next weekend" sort of statements, like we see all over YT already. You're real, seem like a stand-up guy, and as they say [whoever *they* is LOL!], you're a good egg, Rob. Thanks much! I'm gonna start!..soon... promise to myself..I can do this. 😊🙃
Thank you for your inspirational walk and talk. I just happened to do the same on a channel that I started ten years ago and boom it took off this week because of one video. I'm in shock because it was unexpected. I'm now motivated to keep going with it. It's not easy putting yourself on camera - at least not for me, but I feel it is great therapy and gives me freedom to express what's on my mind. I just added myself to your subscriber list and I'm looking forward to more of your walk and talks.
This video serves as a booster to my motivation. It's hard to maintain consistency on UA-cam, and this kind of encouragement is exactly what we need. Thanks 👍
Great video Rob, I started my channel on fitness a few months ago. The channel has been steadily growing. I also script and edit my content which takes me a long time. This video has encouraged me to start doing more authentic and free videos rather than following a script!
Thanks for this kick in the back side... Ive been running a channel on mindfulness for 5 years and its doing ok but I Dont push the YT side (its big on Spotify) . Launched a new niche 8 days ago and you and Silver and Solo have been inspirational for me. And finding my "why" I am now so focused (214 subs in 8 days) . Now going to spend the weekend looking at your journey. Thanks Rob
Huge congratulations Rob! That’s a fantastic successful story, and to me personally, very inspiring and relatable. I’m motivated to give it a try again on UA-cam as I’m thinking of a different and more sustainable approach that can match my lifestyle and season in life I’m in right now. Thank you for sharing! Keep going and much success to you!
Hi Rob, I just found your channel. I have been enjoying your videos since. I recently started my own channel little over a month ago. I appreciate you sharing your input and knowledge that you gained along your journey. I find your videos to be very helpful, as well as very professional. You make it easy to follow along, and go away with a new set of tools to put to use. I look forward to what you have for us next. Thank You.
Wow congratulations 🎉 I have been doing one to two videos a week for the last two and a bit years consistently every week. Back in 2022 I decided that I would try full-time. Traveling and I would document my adventures on UA-cam. It is hands-down the hardest thing I have ever done, but also one of the most rewarding. I’m still chasing 3000 subscribers, but I’m getting there slowly hopefully one day I will be the one that says I have got 10,000 subscribers. Good luck thank you for the video I watched from start to finish.
Thanks for watching and congratulations to you and your channel's growth! If you're enjoying it then you most certainly will reach 10,000 subscribers and beyond! Just keep posting and keep trying new video types around your niche. It only takes one video that might be a little different than what your subscribers are used to, that they really enjoy, and that will then reach many more people and potentially make your channel take off! Best of luck with it and keep having fun!! :-)
This is so interesting. I thought if you would take a break from uploading then the channel would kind of die. It is good to know you can pick it up at any time and change the type of video to see what works. Thanks I appreciate your videos.
I thought that too! But it just kept growing. Yes, the growth was slowing down after a year, so I don't think you can just stop posting forever. Thanks for commenting!
Just to add, I also have a faceless UA-cam channel that I stopped posting on for almost a year, but one of my shorts blew up and got me 400 subscribers. I just resumed posting now Hoping to get more watch hours to monetize that Channel
Hi Rob! Thanks for sharing-this is really great advice. I recently started my UA-cam channel, and while it’s still a work in progress, I’m proud to say I’ve overcome the hardest part: just getting started. The process has been a lot of fun so far. I love that you emphasized the word authentic-it really resonates with me. I’ve always been drawn to creators who are genuine and real, and that’s the kind of connection I hope to build too. Cheers to our UA-cam journey 🎊
This is encouraging to know Rob, thank you. I have a small travel review channel from here in the UK. My BIG issue is that I had a really bad accident at home in July, falling off a ladder and spent a month in hospital. I've not been able to travel since then, so only been able to post stuff I'd already filmed in June. I won't be able to travel anywhere until the new year, so it's encouraging that my channel hopefully won't die while I don't upload. I've worked really hard to get myself to 850 subscribers, so hoping I can kick on from there Thanks again
Wow! Pretty inspiring message! Fellow Gen X here for those that relate! I found your channel thru YT recommendation. Am a small channel tryna find that groove. I mainly focus on 40 and over (Millennial and Gen X) and talk extensively about intermittent fasting, walking, wellness, nutrition, mental health, stretching/mobility, martial arts, dance etc… as well as LIFE experiences! I just broke passed 300+ subs and seeing a very small traction on my channel finally ! And for me, this is a big deal in itself! I also do the “ Walk and Talk “ style and find this a really solid strategy! The only way is 🆙 🙏🏻
Congratulations on your channel starting to pick up steam! If you continue posting consistently and follow the lead of your audience (asking them what they want to see from you), your growth should continue and probably even accelerate. Keep it up and have fun!! :-)
Congrats Rob! 🎉 The algorithm suggested me your video, 'cause I'm at the beginning of my UA-cam journey, as well. 😊 I guess your "pick-up-the-camera-and-talk" videos work, 'cause you sound very natural and empathetic. As far as it concerns me, it still feels like I'm talkin' TO a camera and not WITH an audience. You're a natural, instead! 😎 So congrats, keep on going! Greetings from Italy! 🇮🇹 Ciao! Elisa
Thank you so much for the kind words! I really appreciate you saying I'm a natural because I really don't feel like I am! What I can say is that it just takes practice. I was terrible at it only a few months ago... but I guess the practice is working. So thank you... and best of luck to you!!
Hello from Western Canada. Conrats Rob! I found your channel by watching that video for 40 year olds. Keep up the great work. Great motivation for us. Starting my channel too.
Good stuff. I recently turned 70 and have posted videos really without a target audience. I’m thinking about a couple of ideas to hopefully grow. I love that you’re just walking around doing life that’s the coolest inspiration ever. Thanks for sharing.
Persistence, hard work and enjoying the entire process... that's all it takes! Best of luck to you... if you want it bad enough, you can absolutely get it :-)
You have definitely taught me a LOT during these 4wks that I’ve gotten started posting on UA-cam. Thank you for your positive attitude and knowledge. It is greatly appreciated!
Rob, I concur with your video. I am still struggling to gain audience engagement on my channel, but somehow, I feel that when you put your face on the screen, people like it better. I guess it’s a human psychology thing. I hardly step in front of the camera, except for intros/outros, but after watching this vid, I begin to think a strategy change might do my channel some good! Thanks for the tip!
Hey Rob, you have been showing up in my recommended videos and I have watched a few of them. I saw one yesterday where you told us to go back and look at your first video, I did. There was a huge improvement just between the first and second videos. Good job. Watching your videos I now see just how much alike our stories are. I quit posting a month ago because of some of the same reasons that you have mentioned in your videos plus one more BIG reason. I recorded a video about why I quit (right after being monetized) yesterday but it will need lots of editing before being posted. You have a new subscriber.
Sometimes life gets in the way... but if at all possible, if you just keep a relatively consist upload schedule then the growth will happen. Best of luck with your new video and your channel! :-)
Thank you, Rob the Maritimer. I truly enjoyed listening to your story as you walked through nature. Your words are incredibly inspiring. I've been hesitant about speaking in my own videos, but your approach has given me something to consider for the future. 💖
Great video. I really like how you had to go through breaks, then speaking from the heart. You are a natural. I have been doing my channel as a hobby since 2006. June they informed me I hit the 100,000 subscriber achievement and received the silver button. Now I am looking a getting into conversational.. off the cuff videos and building my time into a business channel.
Love this type of video your so right it does seem hard at times wandering how it would look,My channel is really small and I'm trying to get it going your doing great keep up the good work you sound good, all the best.
Wow! That’s an amazing story of how it happened for you . Thank you so much for sharing! Very inspiring . I’m a newbie & a new subscriber to you so I get very excited to hear good stories full of encouragement . The hard part for me right now is feeling like my videos aren’t being seen or that maybe they aren’t liked so I’m not getting very many likes or subscribers . Not giving up though . :) Thanks again for sharing your story!!
Definitely don't give up if you're enjoying it! Growth is typically almost non-existent when you first start... but the more consistent you are with posting... consistency with your posting schedule and with your topic/niche, the growth will happen. And when it happens it typically happens parabolically and not linearly (if that makes sense). Best of luck to you, and above all, enjoy the process! :-)
Great info and I stumbled upon this as YT put it on my feed. Been at this for over 3 1/2 years and growth has been slow as well, but still love the process. Greetings from YYC from a former NS’er (from Goshen :), just outside Antigonish). Cheers, you earned a sub!
Thanks for sharing your story, I start my channel during covid. I have a metal detecting channel. I am now at 1,800 subscribers, not monetized yet. I love to edit videos and share my time out doing the hobby so I keep doing it. I do believe just be your self, you can tell with how I do my videos I am not reading off a paper, if I was I got problems LOL. Congrats on your channel success. Thanks for sharing. Also what a nice looking trail to walk on.
Best of luck to you with your channel! I believe being authentic and just talking to the camera is the way to go... I've seen lots of channels succeed by doing that, especially if they're focused on helping people. Best of luck to you! :-)
I am a new UA-camr and nearly didn’t start at all as I’m very self conscious. I over think things and sometimes re-record what I was saying only to find that when I look back on the footage, the first take is always the best. I am getting better in believing in myself, and becoming more confident to just talk to the camera without having to think.
Thank you for another great video, Rob, I really appreciate your videos and your real-life UA-cam stories. It's great to see your channel growing and how you have built it up, etc. I wish you continued success.
i loved this video first one i came apond on youtube i started my channel at the age of 57 i was to old to do this i made videos then i suffered a heartattack a stroke and had blackouts caused me over a year of doing videos especaily that i had to move back with family that kepted me frome filming to i watched your video and it gave me the push i needed to try again thank you i hope to see 1000 subs some day love to you and yours frome paul in p.a
Your story inspires me to move forward with my youtube channel.Newbie here. And yes, please do continue giving these kind of videos.Salaam from Tawi-Tawi,Philippines
Rob, you might just be my UA-cam hero right now 🤟Thank you for all the great content to help us newer, older UA-camrs. So helpful. I love the positive vibes and encouragement too. Uplifting others is wonderful. I hope all the good energy you put out comes back 10 fold. Thanks Rob!
"Hey there! Thanks for sharing your journey-it’s incredibly inspiring and a much-needed reminder that persistence pays off. I’ve recently started my own UA-cam channel at the ripe young age of 60 (biologically 21, though, so I’ve got *time*). Your story gives me hope that it’s never too late to dive in and make things happen. Also, loved your advice about skipping the script-I’ll save my Oscar-worthy performances for when Hollywood calls. 😉 Thanks again for the encouragement, and who knows? Maybe one day I’ll be sharing my ‘late bloomer to UA-cam sensation’ story too! Cheers!"
Excellent stuff as usual Rob. The video that blew up for you is the one that helped me pick up my iPhone & just give it a red hot go! Only 45 subscribers so far & my videos are a little sub-par but it's a start. Thanks for giving it a red hot go yourself! I just added to your November subscribers!
Hi Rob! What a journey! Thank you so much for sharing this! I struggle with subscribers and views, and talking to the camera feels uncomfortable. But I keep on posting, I am improving slowly and I am trying new things and searching for new ways to succeed. You are an inspiration!
You're doing everything right! Keep trying new things, keep being uncomfortable talking to the camera and you'll continue to get better :-) Best of luck and have fun! :-)
Thank you again, Rob!!! You’ve been a huge inspiration and voice of reason during my YT journey here. I can see the constant improvement in your content and really admire your transparency 💯🔥👏. -Jay
HI What an incredible journey you making, just shows everyone if others keep going success will come around, a mixture of walk & talk, chatting in a chair, slowly your channel could grow, Well done & thank you so much ,looking forward to watching more. I feel really blessed to congratulate you & hope this continues.😊👍🤙❤️
Thank you for this backstory. I'm struggling to get started, but I have so much value & knowledge I want to share before I finish this earthwalk. ( I will be 77 in Decrmber) Not tech savvy at all. I also watched Sean & Think Media early on & just decided that I just didn't have what it takes to get my knowledge out of my head & share it with the worl. I also thought that people like you who are way ahead on certain skills were the only successful ones. I have acquired many new skills, studied so many creators & I'M NOT GIVING UP! THANK YOU‼️
I didn't know any of this stuff when I started 4 years ago... except for making screen recording type videos, which is not something most people need to know about when making videos anyways :-) I knew nothing about cameras, frame rates, lenses, lighting and especially talking on camera! It can all be learned... just start with what interests you most :-) Best of luck with it!!
Conchita, I too have just subscribed, I am exactly where you are, I have recently started my channel and am not tech savvy at all, but I am passionate about my content, so will persevere.
Hey at 77 you got plenty of time to tell your stories! 59 and also starting out. Enjoy the ride. I subscribed and I'm looking forward to following your journey too. I love hearing about the journey other people are on. It helps feel not alone with the ups and downs of this ride. 🤟
Rob, you are so precious. I discovered you a couple of weeks ago and I really appreciate your style, support and encouragement. Thank for being you and for showing up. ❤❤
Hey Rob! Enjoying your content - love hearing the backstory. I'm a UA-cam OG since 2009! Web series creator specifically and relaunching my channel after many years. Been interesting but not easy, ha! Thanks for sharing your struggles and this insight is very interesting... Keep doing your thing :)
I love how organic this story is, how you grew it from nothing. Amazing. Hey, you mentioned that you are doing freelance video editing. My son who is in college would like to edit videos for other people instead of himself. Are there websites he can post on to get started?
Thank you for the kind words :) And yes! He can register with Fiverr and/or Upwork… both are good platforms. I used Fiverr to get clients for my freelance business. Best of luck to him!
Hi Rob- I like your motivational story. I just started UA-cam channel last month. I post everyday and enjoying it. I have 3 niches to focus on. I have 195 subscribers so far. I will watch your channel to learn.
Great video, Rob! And to anyone worrtying about the platforms that tell you you need to have B roll every 5 seconds or do a zoom in, you obviously don't. Be yourself and be honest. Cheers everyone!
Thanks for sharing your journey and experience, Rob. Like you, we started our channel 4 years ago. (Well, 4 years and 7 months ago, to be exact.) We've struggled to get views and subscribers during that time, and it has been a bit disappointing. To be honest, though, we kind of assumed it was because we couldn't commit to doing more than one video per week at best (and we haven't been able to keep that up at all times either), plus we've never been a "teaching" channel. We're more or less just an "average normal life" vlog channel that hasn't seemed to draw much interest most weeks, except maybe a handful more views on our family vacation recaps (like the Scotland road trip playlist we've been adding to since May of this year). Still nothing extraordinary. We've built a few "online friendships" through UA-cam with a few subscribers from different parts of the globe (which has been fun) and even got to meet one in person while in Scotland. But we'd love to keep growing our channel even if it only remains a hobby because we enjoy the creative process and sharing life experiences... but it would be nice just to make a few dollars per month someday if for nothing more than to support the channel (cameras, mics, music, etc). We have noticed in the past that a few of our videos where we just sat and talked (which we thought we be boring flops) seemed to get a little better response than our average videos on occasion, but we never had a clue why. Your video makes us think perhaps we should include some more "off the cuff" talking videos without any scripting and see what happens.
There is a difference between making videos as a hobby and making videos to try to grow your channel. You CAN do both, but sometimes the part you like about making videos is the part that might be holding your growth back. For example, I like the intro to your Scotland videos... the animation of New York, Scotland, the plane and music (especially the Scottish music... I'm in Nova Scotia which is Gaelic for "New Scotland" so bagpipes are popular here lol!)... and you probably had fun making that. However, the reality is it doesn't really add to your video and people may just click away while that's playing. They likely didn't click on your thumbnail/title to watch an animation... they want to hear and see about Scotland. So my advice would be to delete that intro and maybe use parts of it in your thumbnail instead... and your video should get right into some Scottish scenery.... show them some clips from further into your video while you start talking about it... then cut to yourself talking about it. Does that make sense? That might keep people on your video for longer and therefore might help get more views :-) Just my 2 cents! Best of luck with it :-)
@RobtheMaritimer thanks for your input, Rob. Yes, we've kind of been aware of exactly what you're saying and have been contemplating some changes for future videos. Thanks for the confirmation. We have a number of changes on a list for the future of our channel and that one will definitely move up the list. It's an easy fix. Thanks! And yes, we knew that about Nova Scotia. One of the many reasons we went to Scotland was because we can trace lineage there and we enjoy the bagpipes as well. 👍
Thanks rob for the video , I haven't watched it all yet, going back to it later today 😊 edit: loved your video. I have started my channel 2 weeks ago ,I'm up to 82 subs ,just talking and chatting ,it's exciting ,thank you 😊
Hello Rob,Thank you for sharing. I have been making videos since 2017, would love to grow like you have. My growth has been extremely slow. You’re very fortunate. 💕NonnaGrace 🐓
Thank you and I hope you found it useful! I'm uploading a video right now that talks about my watch hour journey to 4,000 hours and beyond. Some people had mentioned I should've included that info in this video... so if interested, look for that video within the hour :-) Cheers!
Thank you for your video! It gives me some hope 😅. I just started UA-cam. No script on my first two videos and they did ok for just starting. I scripted my third and it’s just sitting there doing nothing, even though I thought it was better. Going to go back to more natural, unscripted content and see how it goes. Thank again!
Good on ya mate. 😊 my channel is about gardening and only just hit 200 subscribers in 6 years. Good to know how you going about your channel. Thanks for sharing your story. 😊
This is so inspiring! Thank you for sharing! I had a question - At what point in your journey did you become monetized? I'd be interested in hearing you talk about that, too!
I guess I kind of left that part out of my video! That was an accident... and that's what happens when I try to talk about something without a script... I end up forgetting stuff and leaving parts out lol!! I got monetized this past May 2024, at the very end of the month. I was at 3,365 subscribers when I got monetized and the reason it took me so long after crossing the 1,000 subs mark is because I took two very long breaks where I wasn't posting at all. I hope that helps! I plan on doing another video like this where the focus is more on watch hours than the subscribers :-) All the best! Rob.
I enjoyed the video very much Rob, the honesty is refreshing. What would you say to a person with limited space and budget? For me the encouragement from getting couple views, subs, likes is a major boost to do videos. Then it is not like there's no audiance. Congratulations on your progress!
Thank you! My best advice is to make videos consistently on the topic of your choice, make videos that help people, and encourage a dialogue with your audience... encourage them to comment and always reply back. Best of luck to you!!
LOL Rob, I feel like we are related. I've started multiple channels because I wasn't sure what niche I wanted to be in. I did watch your niche video yesterday. But this has inspired me to just do what comes to my mind. I FEEL like if I just share some of my life experience maybe someone can relate. Thanks for sharing this. BTW, I also had another channel where I started with Camtasia video training! LOL
Hi Rob, yes I am one of those Camtadia enthusiasts who watched your videos and really liked your approach. Talking to the camera is hard, however we tried it in our last video I think it went well Our channel not moving as well, as we hoped but what do do you expect for the over 60s. 😊 Keep up the great work.
Is this the type of video you'd like to see from me? Let me know if you want to see more of this type... or what other kinds of videos you'd like to see me make :-)

Thanks so much! 😊
@BebaCalvert have to agree, we much prefer real people, real lives over so much else that's on UA-cam. 👍
This video serves as a booster to my motivation. It's hard to maintain consistency on UA-cam, and this kind of encouragement is exactly what we need.
Thanks 👍
Thanks for watching! Cheers :-)
I am 41 and I finally started my art channel up again from scratch. I also started my own art business this year as well. So happy I did.

Great video Rob, I started my channel on fitness a few months ago. The channel has been steadily growing. I also script and edit my content which takes me a long time. This video has encouraged me to start doing more authentic and free videos rather than following a script!
You'll find that will vastly increase the speed in which you can make content! Good luck and have fun with it! :-)

Growing on UA-cam is all about supporting each other! When creators uplift and collaborate, everyone benefits.
💯 agree. 🧡✌️
@AmyJo143 done and waiting

Congratulations on getting started!! Truly the hardest part, and you did it :-) Best of luck to you on your journey :-)
I've worked really hard to get myself to 850 subscribers, so hoping I can kick on from there
Thanks again
I'm sorry to hear about your accident! But yes, not to worry, your channel will still be there awaiting your return :-) All the best to you!
Thanks very much
@@RobtheMaritimer thank you so much for your kind words of wisdom! You are so spot on! Appreciate it
Love your journey! thanks for sharing and bringing me along with you. I am really enjoying your community and videos
Thanks for watching... I'm glad it helps :-)

Congrats Rob! 🎉
The algorithm suggested me your video, 'cause I'm at the beginning of my UA-cam journey, as well. 😊
I guess your "pick-up-the-camera-and-talk" videos work, 'cause you sound very natural and empathetic. As far as it concerns me, it still feels like I'm talkin' TO a camera and not WITH an audience. You're a natural, instead! 😎
So congrats, keep on going!
Greetings from Italy! 🇮🇹
Ciao!
Elisa
Thank you so much for the kind words! I really appreciate you saying I'm a natural because I really don't feel like I am! What I can say is that it just takes practice. I was terrible at it only a few months ago... but I guess the practice is working. So thank you... and best of luck to you!!
Good for you! You are now monetized. 🙌 Thank you for sharing this! Reworking our channel right now, so it helps.
Good luck with your channel!
Hi Rob!!! I found you through your Over 40 video and now attend your Livestreams. You’re an inspiration and a great advisor. Thanks!
Thank you so much!
Hello from Western Canada. Conrats Rob! I found your channel by watching that video for 40 year olds. Keep up the great work. Great motivation for us.
Starting my channel too.
Thank you and good luck with your channel!! :-)
What a journey I'd say... Great video again, Rob!
Thank you so much :-)
Good stuff. I recently turned 70 and have posted videos really without a target audience. I’m thinking about a couple of ideas to hopefully grow. I love that you’re just walking around doing life that’s the coolest inspiration ever. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! Good luck to you as well :-)
Thank you for being honest about your experience with UA-cam and your words of encouragement!
I appreciate you! Thanks for watching and best of luck :-)
@RobtheMaritimer we'd love to have you as part of our community!
I can't wait to get there!!! Great videos thank you for what you do.
Happy to help! Good luck with your channel! :-)
It's always good to reevaluate what you're doing and how you're doing it... that's part of the youtube process :-) All the best to you!
Very valuable video, Rob. Thanks!
I'm glad you liked it!
Maybe that's the reason why I got hooked on your videos. Cheers
Big thanks for this video and for the inspiration, Rob. Much appreciated!

Thank you, Rob the Maritimer. I truly enjoyed listening to your story as you walked through nature. Your words are incredibly inspiring. I've been hesitant about speaking in my own videos, but your approach has given me something to consider for the future. 💖
You can do it!! Best of luck to you :-)
I like both content. Walking and home studio. Your videos are very colourful.
When I'm outside walking, I use my iPhone camera to record the videos. Inside, I use a Sony ZV-e10.

This is great! Love the scenes and storytelling! Thanks for sharing your story . Its encouraging.
Thanks for watching! And best of luck to you and your channel! :-)
That's fantastic! Good luck with this next chapter in your journey!! :-)

Thanks again for sharing your story!!
@@RobtheMaritimer Thank you for the encouragement!

Amazing and from the heart story! Congratulations on your success!🎉
Thank you :-)
I am a new UA-camr and nearly didn’t start at all as I’m very self conscious. I over think things and sometimes re-record what I was saying only to find that when I look back on the footage, the first take is always the best. I am getting better in believing in myself, and becoming more confident to just talk to the camera without having to think.
You've got this!! Good luck to you and have fun with it :-)
Thank you for another great video, Rob, I really appreciate your videos and your real-life UA-cam stories. It's great to see your channel growing and how you have built it up, etc. I wish you continued success.

Thanks again for the encouragement, and who knows? Maybe one day I’ll be sharing my ‘late bloomer to UA-cam sensation’ story too! Cheers!"

Such an inspiring journey! Keep it up!

Great video, Rob! And to anyone worrtying about the platforms that tell you you need to have B roll every 5 seconds or do a zoom in, you obviously don't. Be yourself and be honest. Cheers everyone!
100% agree :-)
after watching your video, I always practice speaking in front of my cellphone camera. Your videos are great I really learned a lot .
Awesome! Keep doing that and you'll continue to get better at it :-)
Thanks for sharing your journey and experience, Rob.
Thank you for your advice! Im just getting started I need all the help and support I can get!
You've got this! best of luck and have fun with it! :-)

Well done, the encouragement is appreciated.
I'm glad you liked it :)
I'm a big believer in unscripted! I think that's what many people want to see.... "real people" making videos. Best of luck with it! :-)
Thank you for sharing. Very inspiring
Glad you enjoyed it! :-)
Good on ya mate. 😊 my channel is about gardening and only just hit 200 subscribers in 6 years. Good to know how you going about your channel. Thanks for sharing your story. 😊

I've been doing the same and it's certainly working! Well done on your success 😀
Subbed👍🙏
You're doing well!! Keep it going!! :-)
Great work and appreciate how u have grown.
Thank you so much :-)
This is so inspiring!
I plan on doing another video like this where the focus is more on watch hours than the subscribers :-)
All the best!
Rob.
Good Job Rob! Keep it up. Have a nice day 👍👌🙏🔥🔥
Thanks, you too!
LOL
Sounds like our starts were very similar!! All the best to you :-)
Hi Rob, yes I am one of those Camtadia enthusiasts who watched your videos and really liked your approach. Talking to the camera is hard, however we tried it in our last video I think it went well Our channel not moving as well, as we hoped but what do do you expect for the over 60s. 😊 Keep up the great work.
Good for you on giving it a try! There's no going back now! Best of luck with it and have fun! :-)
Great video I did something similar left it 4 years and when I checked on my channel one video had 111k so I’m back now!
Wow very nice! Best of luck to you :-)
