I agree, easily my favorite Datsun. I absolutely love his face. I also love the clean car mode. To minimize the robot kibble in car mode I rotate the back side of his fists down so they look less like hands. Looks a bit cleaner I think.
Bluestreak was always me least favorite of the Datson bros as a kid because I thought all the car bots needed to have stripes or racing markings or some kind of interesting design or else they'd be 'boring', but I've since come to appreciate more subtle car colors and he's now easily my favorite. The 280z is probably my favorite car featured among the original G1 cast too.
I've got the Japanese Unite Warriors UW-01, 02 and 03 (Superion, Menasor and Defensor respecively). Both 01 and 02 have the Perfect Combiner sets on them, both the hands/feet and head/torso upgrades. The combiner sets come with collector coins just like the MP series, they even say "masterpiece" on them. What's your opinion on them? Do you think that a combined Combiner Wars/Unite Warriors set could be considered the Masterpiece of that character? Obviously the individual Aerialbots aren't masterpiece quality, but when combined as Superion I think they make the cut.

I have and always will love the original g1 transformers series lineup and yes your right they are very expensive if you can find one that is complete and all original. It sucks for me being a stroke and cardiac arrest survivor and on disability so I don't have alot of extra money to buy toys

Hasbro just announced the next Autobot being released in the US is him. Can't wait to get him! I've been saving for the Fairlady's and I do like the mold better than the Lamborghini's
The Lazy Eyebrow Reviewer If you're not complete confident with KOs, check out Rocket Punch Army...he does them and does very good comparisons...also, I've noticed that these KOs are getting closer to the originals...heck even the packaging is getting better and better...
fuck hasbrooo,, and takara its too expensive thanks to this reviews and emgo´s reviews I know what to buy !! and everybody told me that takasa tony is the same as takara !! im poor too and im from argentina , to get a takara i have to lose my other arm to pay that,, sooo cheers for takasa tony ,, and thanks for this review

Great review! Bluestreak always did have the sexiest paint job of the 3, though I'll admit that my favorite of the 3 is Smokescreen.

Great review, I am surprised that these ko's have great quality, I would get it but I would always feel bad that I didn't get the official one lol.
Fun fact: The Nissan ZX series of cars never HAD back seats. It was made as a racer or a couples car, not a family car.

I think it's pretty nice, more G1 cartoon accurate but but pretty stlyin' in silver, black and red.

It's a battle between getting the official version for a high price or getting the cheaper bootleg version and having to live with the guilt.

I watched a lot of his videos before deciding. I'm glad it was a yes to blue streak here, my MP14 though was worse than the one he got TBH.
you should do a video (doesn't have to be stop motion)...it'll help people in deciding...looks like depends on luck when it comes with KOs, I guess
