  • 465919 has regen braking enabled! which is great! The only thing that ruins it is the creaking

    Some Networkers had their regenerative braking turned on back in the late 90s. When visiting relatives in London back then you could clearly hear that it was active (465s).

    WTF is wrong with these units? It's like half of them are nice and half of them creak obsessively like their life depends on it

      @jr-jadenrailways8032 Рік тому +4

      They only creak when coupled, proved here when 465919 wasnt coupled to any other unit. Some 465s are just seriously bad but I guess here shows that coupling has something to do with it - ua-cam.com/video/LaHYKnPDhc4/v-deo.htmlsi=qGnqk9sii2V6M96L

      Be careful, at anytime they can disable the regen, it has already been disabled on coach 65718

      Idk if regen has been disabled on 919 but I went on it today on the Bromley north line, it was having severe problems with the motors and the motors wouldn’t sound when accelerating or de-accelerating so it may or may not have been disabled
