when i breath through my nose when my mouth is closed i feel like i can’t breath like it feels like i’m holding my breath or suffocating. like ever couple seconds i have to take a deep breath threw my mouth and exhale

Welp unlucky for me. Nose clogged for 5-6 months. Something wrong with my lungs. Moments where I can’t breathe so i use my mouth And hardcore anxiety :p really sucks...

My nostrils have never really been at 100% but lately these past couple months, I’ve had difficulty breathing through both. One nostril is always stuffed and the other is at 20%, sometimes I get dizzy and feel short breathed
When i was a kid i had my nose hit 2 times and I still remember the last time I've sleeped well ever since I haven't had a dream when I slept.

When my dad came home from WW2, he got his previously broken nose fixed. The doctor re-broke his nose with a rubber hammer, and then jammed cotton rolls up his nose to keep things open as it healed. Get that - no general anesthesia, no cutting, done in a short office call, etc. Now, things have changed - but for the better, or worse? Now, my nose needs the same treatment, but I haven't been able to find a doctor who will fix it the old fashioned way. Any suggestions?
I have the same problems as everyone else..I have to concentrate and breathe through my nose and exhale..practice you have to consciously think about it or you will resort back to breathing through your mouth..Like right now while you are reading this you probably have stopped breathing its crazy!!!
This makes more sense was in a car crash and my nose was crooked during the crash and when I got home I had a huge bruise on my nose and it looked crooked.

I don't always breathe with my nose but I still sometimes breathe with my mouth only if my nose was congested and blocked then I would choose to breathe through my mouth instead of my nose
I think i have the first problem he said. My nose bone is slightly crooked and i has been hard to breath, its almost impossible for me to breath at a certain part of the year. Idk why but i don't like the thought of surgery and idk what to do

6-7 years solid now. No polyps.. deviation is very minor.
I find randomly I can breathe well through my nose and I feel amazing. Around 90% of the time its restricted... 10% it has me shaking with worry as im mouthing breathing and feeling lightheaded.. tingling in my face my chest etc.
It's causing absolute havoc on my life and the Drs here don't seem to want to do anything than prescribe me nasal steroid sprays that did nothing after using for over a year.
Then this is anxiety and weakness
Tingling wid heaviness is anxiety symptom
I had same problem ..but im fighting wid anxiety effectively with my strong mindset plus I have sinusitis

i have this irritating problem where when i lay down ( only some nights not all ) my nostrils close shut and i cant breath...no amount of muscle useage can pull the air in its rock solid shut....then if i sit up....they open from a countdown of 10....then if i lay back down.....closed again...what the hell is going on there doctor? lol why only when i lay down?
David Lustrup I’ve been on a 2 year journey trying to solve this problem myself. After experimenting with countless sleep devices, regiments and diets, I’m suspecting head/tongues,neck posture may have something to do with it. I visited an ENT and was disappointed that they only offered me steroids and surgical solutions.
I have same problem when I lie down my nose get 90% blocked and it force me to breath from my mouth and it cause another problem which is extreme dry mouth all night I have to wake up every 2 to 3 hours and have to drink water than becomes fine I tri ed alot of nasal sprays and tablets nothing helps now I have tried sudafed nasal spray which is very good and help me sleep for 5 to 6 hours but I speak to my doctor he said you can't use this spray more than couple of days and he prescribed me another nasal spray which is not working and its shit so I don't know might be surgery is only solution 🙄

I too can't breathe in any masks. Until my cousin mentioned to me that it sounds like claustrophobia. Wow! Then it came to me; l can't have a closed M R I because of this disability, l have to pay insurance extra for any open MRI. Why have no one , mention, notice or cared enough bout this. I was made to feel defiant, or rude for lifting my mask up to catch air. I was becoming hot, sweating, and l felt l would fall out. Please dont jump to surgery for everything. It may cost less but you may feel better with the truth. God bless.

Am I the only one here that can breathe decent through the nose during the daytime? (I’ve got a deviated septum - not that severe, and polyps). But when it’s night time, and I fall asleep, the mouth automatically opens? Like, when I wake up, my mouth is already opened and there will be saliva on my pillow 😂🤦🏻♂️.
So frustrating if you ask me, especially now that I want to start mewing too. It will be a difficult journey.

@@sandrawilsen6324 dont wry yesterday also i gone for blood checkup chest xray and ct scan for nose everything normal but i got tissue in nose moreover its a fear caused by a panic attack dont think bro we are so many like this....this is not a prblm in our body its in our mind even i checked my oxy lvl yesterday its 98 but heart pulse 102 doc told its common
@@unfilteredpostings I have had all those tests too and everything was normal too,yes indeed mine too started after i had my first panick attack in march. True! Because when i don't think about it i don't notice it but when i do think about it i notice it so much. we'll get through this!

i feel you..you have to lie a bit just say that you can’t breathe or it makes you dizzy tell the ENT unit

Then I accepted It's just a lifestyle issue and it can go naturally.
About the nose , I mean I was confused about nose but ..I had actual pain in ribs /chest not the nose . So , I told people about this , but overall nobody said I had issues and I was down from that! ..so ya for now I'm just living it , No option hoping I can fix it myself. !
..And I think it can be fixed ..by diet and lifestyle..but I am sincerely not working for it that's why it's not fixed .. i guess

Use a nasal steroid or rinse with nasal spray (Neti pots work great!)
Or see your doctor if not working to think about surgery
Nasal sprays didn't work for me, what worked was doing the butekyo technique.
