I love walking in this area. A bit further up the path is a rock that looks a pixie you should check that out. There’s a story and legend that goes with it and I was told that if you walk past the rock you have to kiss it!
I did read somewhere that many years ago a Royal Marine fell to his death on those rocks so that could be what the flowers are for.
