As a paraglider myself it was scary seeing Sam get blown over the back but at least I knew he survived. I have had a few scary times myself. Especially flying unfamiliar sites. Amazing I’m still alive really. I enjoy your adventures, thank you.
Ann-Elin, your videos are wonderful; especially with your chosen music. Thank you for showing us here in America how beautiful your country of Norway is. Many people I know who've traveled a lot say Norway is the most beautiful place they've been. I hope we can get there one day. Your story with Sam is always heartwarming. He is a true adventurer who has proven he likes to try new things that are in many of our hearts such as sailing and flying. Keep the videos coming! Don't tell Sam but your videos are really great too!
When Sam the Sailor Man isn’t around, I’d like to see more videos with your dog. He looked pretty unhappy when Sam moved away to open up the sail. I enjoy you videos!
sweet dog. thanks for letting us see some more of Norway. My family is from Oppland and Rollag areas of eastern Norway -- before they emigrated from Norway and settled in Wisconsin/Minnesota, USA in the 1800s.
My ancestors are from sweden denmark bornholm island and prussia. So cool to see you both travel as a team to maybe ports that my ancestors sailed from. ⛵️🙂
that is more wind than i'd like for a beach. tho, it'd probly be a kick on pickle. just made a quick salad from the garden for dinner at 1650. have to say the rugged north California coast is seldom not windy, and can be quite foggy
@@annelinsynnes in mythology the Phoenix, was immortal. Of course they were talking about a bird, but I imagine that could also apply to a dog. Although as excited as he got with Sam paragliding maybe he was a bird in a past life. I think he wanted to go up with Sam.
Not an introvert but I feel he takes risks that I would not partake in. What really bothers me is when he decides to swim in becalmed waters with no tether. Years ago I did the same thing and an unexpected wind came up and blew the boat away faster than I could swim (I'm a lousy swimmer). And we were bare poled however not alone. Fortunately I was tethered but in the wrong place. Always tether to center of your back not your chest. I felt like a drowned rat once the boat finally slowed enough for me to pull myself up to it.
Gorgeous area! Btw, your dog seems like such a sweetie, and w some Cesar Milan tips could probably go off leash. Cesar says if the dog leads, you won’t command respect as pack leader. He has a great few vids of helping ppl w dogs in England. I bet your intelligent dog will catch right on, chk out dog whisperer. It helped w my shiba I u who was also a northern dog like yours.
Different perspective of Sam when you are doing the video…I think he likes not doing the narrative… You may be acquiring the role of documenter-in-chief when you two are together 👍👍Nice background music, too..
Not me I'm scared of heights. Doggy thought these adventures were sketchy as well. They're amazing creatures, aren't they? Norway is very thinly populated probably because the weather there is brutal compared to where most of us decide to live. This is most certainly the time to visit there unless you happen to enjoy lotsa white stuff. However I'm a native Floridian thus it wouldn't work out very well for me!
I follow Sam.....Because he's fearless. Now, I follow you. Norway, huh? My wife is going to love you. You look like one of her aunts back when she was young. Uncanny..... Her Father is full Norwegian. Her mother almost half.
Just found out that you were probably born there, Ann. Wow you sound American. You musta been taught English straightaway. I could NEVER learn a second language and especially speak it like you do. American dialect to English.. NOT British!
Good video thanks

Thank you for taking us along on your trip. Phoenix is such a beautiful dog. Miss my Husky hearing him howl at Sam.
Love your dog! Adorable. Beautiful vid Ann-Elin.

Oh you do good, real good. I enjoy your videos and love your smile. More please
More to come!
I think your dog wants to go paragliding. Hope to see more of your adventures. How is your boat doing?
Thank you for the quality content.
Thanks
Beautiful area, enjoyed the video. Love your dog, what's his name?
His name is Phoenix! ☺️

Nice video, we see a different side of Sam in your videos, I think he's quite shy, introvert, but a great guy.

OMG Norway is beautiful!
Sam smiles more when you 2 sail together.
I smile more when you are together 👍😁🇨🇦
☺️
Cool dog! Norwegian elkhound? It sounded like you called it Phoebe? 😅
Thank you! It’s Phoenix! 😄 he’s a tamaskan 🐺

Maybe the dog wants to fly with Sam?
Your dog is very intelligent to react to something like that.
I’m not sure everyone will agree 😂 Or, I guess he’s not stupid, he just has selective hearing 🤷♀️

Your beautiful Dog has a name?? Maybe Thor or Odín or our favourite
Loki (giant god of mischief) 😁 🙋♀️💁♂️🇨🇦
Loki would fit him good! His name is actually Phoenix of the North! 🐦🔥❄️ Phoenix for short ☺️
Hope that pizza tasted better than it looked.
Haha it wasn’t too bad actually! But I’m not sure I would order it again 😅
Javel!
