I’m soooooo happy you uploaded this video. Trust me I don’t mind re-watching all of your previous videos on repeat but it was such a pleasant surprise waking up to this, this morning on my way to work!!!! did you check the first patient's spleen? possible splenomegaly with the reversed pv flow
