  • AFD's Fitness Coordinator, Jill Craig, provides some very helpful tips on training for the 2011 CPAT test. It's important to develop a training regiment that includes exercises that work the entire body and not just isolated muscle groups.
    These exercises mimic the tasks that will need to be completed during CPAT.
