- Welcome back to our BBQ Tour! Our second stop took us to the heart of Texas BBQ at Interstellar BBQ in Austin. We arrived just in time to be the first ones in line, and the experience was incredible!
We were greeted by the sight of giant smokers right in the middle of the parking lot - something you only see in Texas!
The food was absolutely delicious, with the scalloped potatoes and Mexican Chocolate Rice Pudding being the highlights of the meal. The potatoes were addicting, bite after bite, and the rice pudding was out of this world!
John and his staff were amazing. It was a pleasure meeting John and watching him go from table to table, making sure everyone was enjoying their meal and had everything they needed.
I love every chance I get to eat BBQ in Texas, and Interstellar BBQ did not disappoint!
