I really thought i was good at english pero nung nagsilabasan na yung mga basic questions medyo nag panic ako... But this was a good practice/training though to get into call center. Na-enjoy ko promise

there are bpo companies that are very strict for this stage process so this should be taken very seriously coz a lot of misconception about it - lie it's okay to sing or pray. I doubt it! It is very important you have to really talk, think what you have understood about the topic or question and most especially try to be concise to your answer and make sure to avoid fillers and dead airs.
Honestly, when I was a kid, one of my dreams was to become a call center agent, but I am not confident with my english, I always make mistakes with my grammar 😔

I got hired because of your tips kuya reneboy ,sa mga videos mo salamat po ng Madami Feb. 8 nag walk in ako sa Pasig IPI results cx pasado sa assessment typing test and initial then Feb .9 around 1 am final interview ko thru video call, sa awa ng diyos naipasa ko Lahat meron 2 question na unfamiliar sakin pero dahil sa kaka search and nood ko sayo Lahat nasagot ko , passed Lahat sa background and peme sa Feb .17 start na ako for training, feb.10 j.o ko Feb.11 medical at good Naman dahil healthy ako thank you Lord tlaga at sayo na din kuya reneboy pati sa family ko na naniniwalang makakapasok ako sa industry n ito, noon isa ako sa tagapag komento dito na bagsak sa assessment bagsak sa final interview pero ito na hired na ako sa isang magandang company.... Believe yourself lang talaga and always dasal experience is the best teacher ika nga nila. Naka tatlong walk in ako pang 3 sa wakas pinalad na din.💛💛💛
