lol this people think money is just something you close eye and open and it appears right before you, l also live in United States of America and there are so many houses in my neighborhood that sales as cheap as $25 and even less so how can a house in Ghana sale for this ridiculous amount of money this Man is selling his house, ls it not the same Ghana or Accra that l saw this same 3 or 4 bedroom house sold for $40,000 ,l mean what is different from your house to their own. I commend you for doing well for yourself but I think your properties are unnecessarily expensive considering the economy and unless may be you built for expats.
