So in your video, you only ran the descale solution through the K-Iced 1 time? And then poured apx. half of the (mixed) $9.00 bottle down the drain? Methinks something is not right with this procedure. But thanks for posting it. I was able to get the procedure to work almost correctly by using citric acid and 32 oz of water. That gave me two full descale cycles. On mine, the descale light went out after 3 rinses, but the add water light never came on. (?) Washed the reservoir and all appears to be working properly now.
Probably too easy to accidentally hit it. But yeah, the process is wayyy too convoluted to do 1 thing. But fwiw, this video helped me get it into the mode
@@guitarfreak62 They could make it like a "reset" button on electronics, make it recessed into the body so that it can only be pressed by a toothpick or something.. Frankly anything is better than this.
Followed your procedure. But pressing both 8oz and 12 oz button together, K button does not illuminate. So I could not further proceed. Has my machine gone defective ?
Thank you for making this! I go back and rewatch this video every time the descale light turns on
They should make this process so much easier. Maybe one day. Thank you for your video. Wouldn’t have figured it out without it.
Glad it was helpful!
Not all heroes wear capes. Thank you so much. You saved me.
You're very welcome!
It took about 6 fresh water cycles before the descale light went off. I almost gave up! Thanks for your video!
Wow! Took a bit longer than your video. But you are my new hero!!🎉. Thank you.
Thank you. It worked. Kurtis manual should’ve explained more thoroughly. Your videos really helped. Thanks👍
You're welcome!
Very helpful. Thank you so much.
Had the same issue and your video worked thanks!
Thanks for your very easy informative video!
Thanks! This one is a bit confusing as most have “mode” to put your coffee marker into. Plus some time this “descale” light stay on

That's exactly what I was thinking. I'm just gonna run descale mode 2x and not waste $4.50 of the solution or even re bottle the mix for next time.
Thank you!
Thanks! For you help. 🙂
You're welcome!
Thank you! It worked.😊
You're welcome!
Why cant they just add a descale button.. this is ridiculous.

ty for the help
Hi, this might be a dumb question. Are you supposed to wash with soap and water the water reservoir? I figured no because the soap would be endless.
Can I use a different descaling solution or is the Keurig descaling solution the only product to use?
Followed your procedure. But pressing both 8oz and 12 oz button together, K button does not illuminate. So I could not further proceed. Has my machine gone defective ?
I just descaled mine with white vinegar. I had to do plenty rinses before the descale light went out.
Ya da man
I didn't even know they had a ice coffee maker
It’s pretty good
Thank you
