    Great video! I’m a beginner that plans on going surfing every other day!
    How often would you recommend I do this exercise on my off days? Do sets and reps matter at all?

    I don't have those big ropes like you said in your video to use; instead I stand in the battle rope position and use three pound weights, do it tabata while holding my breathe. I saw results in paddling in 2 weeks. Thank you!!
