- Yes. - snakes hate the right combination of essential oils. What we think may smell great is absolutely repulsive to snakes.
Snakes live their entire lives through smell and have the ability to smell way way better than humans. Imagine if you sprayed essential oils around and it was 50 times stronger to you than a snake - You couldn’t stand it and you would run away. That is how the snake feels.
The problem with chemical snake repellents is they are full of chemicals known to cause cancers and other problems. I hate snakes but I hate cancer more- I think we all do.
As soon as you have the right knowledge you can change your ways - create a better environment around your home for you and your family. Prevent illness from adding the wrong chemicals to your home.

Thank you, great video. I bought Snake Defense spray with same ingredients as yours. I Have had 2 snakes in my condo in So. Florida, don't know how they are getting in. Going to go spray outside perimeter & some inside areas of condo. I hope I can tolerate the smell. Also hope the rain doesn't wash it away as it rains also daily.

@@Hundert1 Be careful what you wish for! Snakes play an important role in the ecosystem. However, if you love mice & rats then by all means, kill your snakes.
@@saspinks3001 yeah, that's what those wacko fanatic extremist radical environmental conservation ecosystem lunatics are brainwashing everyone to believe. These people are grossly obsessed with animals and put animals before human safety and human life. I don't mind the occasional non deadly venomous snake. It's those huge constrictor snakes and any size deadly venomous snake I'd rather see go extinct very soon. Or at least locked up safe behind thick glass and bars in some kind of zoo or animal park. Lots of animals have gone extinct and humans are still able to be happy, healthy, comfortable, productive, have fun, eat delicious meals etc. There are plenty of other ways, methods and techniques for extermination of filthy nasty unwanted rats and mice. Besides, I'd rather see the occasional mouse or rat in my house than reach my hand in some cabinet or dark place of my home and be accidentally bitten by an unwelcomed deadly venomous snake. I wouldn't ever want a snake of any kind roaming around in my home, barn or shed. No thanks

I live on a nature reserve and the Guinea fowl know to stay away from the poisonous snakes here. I have a cobra nesting close to my house and nothing goes near it, not even me.
