I spent a lot of time looking in the mirror, holding conversation or dancing, and I actually had some creepy hallucinations like looking at my reflection while my reflection looks at the right side while I did a spin or my eyes getting really big when I side eyed my reflection
Actually the longest I've stared at the mirror before is like a couple of hours because it was night and I was going to go on a flight soon and I was too excited to go to sleep and decided to mess around with the mirror, and I hallucinated about a bird flying in my room 😃
I tried looking at a mirror for a long period of time, and i only lasted 5 mins. Just a minute in, i felt that i couldn't recognise myself even tho my appearance in the mirror didnt change at all. 2 minutes in and i started to get a really weird creepy feeling and chills up my spine. 3 mins in, my face was getting a bit wiggly woggly. 4 mins in, i started hallucinating about birds, and then something i saw in a nightmare years ago, and my reflection in the mirror seemed to be moving on its own, like looking at the right while i was looking straight ahead. By the fifth minute, i started having blurred vision, and at that point i just got very scared and called it quits, went out the room, closed th door and took some water, that shit was traumatising bro
I know they had a disclaimer and all, but as a psychology student, the information they are presenting about Schizophrenia is inaccurate and somewhat stereotypical. Schizophrenia is wildly hereditary, you have to have to have a risk of having Schizophrenia, and then have a psychotic break. It doesn't just show up out of nowhere. Also there are 3 types of Schizophrenia, there is no "regular" Schizophrenia. there's Paranoid, Disorganized, and Catatonic. the "regular" Schizophrenia IS Paranoid Schizophrenia, so saying there's a difference is severity is just incorrect lol. Like every disorder, Schizophrenia is a spectrum, it can be mild, and it can be severe, but that doesn't mean the type of Schizophrenia has changed. It's different for everyone. Sorry for the rant, I love watching these videos, I just enjoy educating other people about mental health :)

I stared in it for about 7 ish minutes and had to look away. My face didn’t exactly distort, but my head seemed to be slightly squished and my nose seemed to be growing. I called it quits when my eyes seemed to be growing longated and I appeared to be smiling. Weird how I’m more scared of how my brain messed with my face than horror movies and stuff.
I looked at the mirror and my eyes became pitch black and for a split second my face started to blur and i couldn’t tell but then I closed my eyes and shakes my head and then it turned back to normal
When i straightly looked at the mirror for 6-7 minutes i started to see myself smile even if i dont smile from that point i pulled my face off from mirror to never look at it again for like 10 or 20 hours.
same except I wanted to see what happened if I stared my self into the mirror for a long time so at one point I remember in the mirror my arm suddenly moved up while it had something in it hands when in real I didn't had anything in my hands and I didn't even moved my arm up, I couldn't see what it was but it looked like a knife but I couldn't see it because my scared butt immediately ran away
I saw my head moving to the side in the mirror once when it actually didn't, I've got a heart attack when that happened. You can't imagine how glad I was to wake up from sleep shortly after, I'd be scared by mirrors for life otherwise.

I know this is a joke but I cant hold my self from nerding out You are doing something when putting make up on and looking your self at the mirror so your brain is being stimulated which means you don't feel bored and that equals to no hallucinations Your brain loves stimulation, so much that it makes its own stimulations when it doesnt receive any for a certain amount of time, thats why we feel bored When you stare yout self in the mirror doing nothing but staring your self you hallucinate after some time because if your brain doesn't receive stimulation in a certain amount of time it just creates its own so you start hallucinating
If you really want to something happen do it in a gross place(toilet) at night no light no one around say something wired like "i know you see me" you'll get something interesting
@yoooh 🍀 that thing...is your consort.... i guess? Anyway i was expecting this to happened but i wasn't sure so i tell people to do it cuz i dont dare😅 Im sorry i shouldn't tell you to do it
one time i looked in a mirror for about a few hours and i started hallucinating and i saw a blurry-ish black figure standing next to me then i remember realizing that there was a black figure standing next to me (because while i was looking at the mirror i was kinda zoned out) and then i disappeared- it was really creepy tbh and now i will refuse to look at a mirror for longer than 5 minutes😃
everytime i look to the mirror for 2 minutes my stomach hurts like i need to poop or smtn so i just go sit on something and hurting is gone and that relieve is the best thing.
Its amazing...just how dangerous such a innocent reflective plate of glass can actually be....and scary just how fast the human mind destroys itself until finally the person kills themselves (and the music dosent help)
If I look in the mirror for more the 3 minutes my whole vision turns blurry and I see things as if the saturation and the contrast of my vision were turned up
if this video was realistic: son: mom, dad, i'm gonna stare at the window forever so can you bring me water and food? parents: son are you ok? I think you should stop watching this stuff
I watch the mirror everyday , and it's my hobby whenever I came near to the mirror then my half hour goes into it. And I start watching myself and doing different expressions , dance , I like to see myself 😂 and nothing happens 🤔
This happens when you sit still, the brain gets bored. Doing different expressions and dancing won't make your brain bored to the point you hallucinate
I once stared at a mirror in the dark for about five minutes before I chickened out. My face distorted the tiniest bit, but I didn't see anything crazy. Edit: I'm pretty sure I saw my reflection blink when I didn't though. I don't fully remember.
This is actually some what true, starting at your own self in a mirror especially in dim lighting or little to no light, you hallucinate but it’s all in your brain starts visuals you see!!! It’s actually quite interesting how powerful our brain can be xD
*i have a creepy thing to tell you guys* *if you look in the mirror forever, you will see a smile on ur face even if ur not smiling, and the smile will become taller, and bigger, and over and over again..*
technically yes but it's more likely that your going to get traumatized or have a heart attack from what I know if your a person that thinks scary stuff
one time when i was like nine i was messing around and making faces in the mirror . i was sitting with my ass on the edge of the sink and my feet directly in it . i remember doing this for about a minute or two before staring at myself up close started to make me feel scared and uneasy , so suddenly that it was startling . didn’t do it again , and now i’m sixteen
I once spent 5 minutes staring at the mirror, i'm not kidding but a smile appeared on my face. The scary part was that I was not even smiling at the time.
One time I looked in the mirror and my face looked like it was a different shape. I got scared so I looked away and looked back a few times. It still looked the same but I had to look again an hour later for it to be normal.

Your brain loves stimulation, so much that it makes its own stimulations when it doesnt receive any for a certain amount of time, thats why we feel bored
When you stare yout self in the mirror doing nothing but staring your self you hallucinate after some time because if your brain doesn't receive stimulation in a certain amount of time it just creates its own so you start hallucinating
@@UnkownUnkown01 thx
If you really want to something happen do it in a gross place(toilet) at night no light no one around say something wired like "i know you see me" you'll get something interesting
@yoooh 🍀 really?! What's happened i never tried it ...don't tell me nothing
@yoooh 🍀 that thing...is your consort.... i guess?
Anyway i was expecting this to happened but i wasn't sure so i tell people to do it cuz i dont dare😅
Im sorry i shouldn't tell you to do it
"After 12 hours - don't recognise yourself"
I... I already don't recognise myself when I look in a mirror half the time...
one time i looked in a mirror for about a few hours and i started hallucinating and i saw a blurry-ish black figure standing next to me then i remember realizing that there was a black figure standing next to me (because while i was looking at the mirror i was kinda zoned out) and then i disappeared- it was really creepy tbh and now i will refuse to look at a mirror for longer than 5 minutes😃
This video scares me. It makes it as if I am staring at a mirror for 15 days.
Wait. Aren’t we technically watching a mirror for over lots of days months years or even decades? Because our devices are technically mirrors. Right?
We aren’t watching ourselves in the device, we’re watching videos, so of course no
No
Nope dude
0 iq moment
We're not gonna be using our devices non-stop for days.
There was this always famous movie with a sad person in it and it keeps playing all over the place,
turns out those were just mirrors
everytime i look to the mirror for 2 minutes my stomach hurts like i need to poop or smtn so i just go sit on something and hurting is gone and that relieve is the best thing.
Its amazing...just how dangerous such a innocent reflective plate of glass can actually be....and scary just how fast the human mind destroys itself until finally the person kills themselves (and the music dosent help)
Simple solution:stop staring in the mirror when the things start getting weird (like when the hallucinations start)
how every addiction makes a phobia in you and you always die in the end is crazy!
Because too much of anything is bad.

"After 30 minutes - Completely Deformed Face" Jokes on you, the moment i start looking on the mirror i already see that
Jokes on you, before even being born I already see and feel that.
LOL
Jokes on you, I feel and see that before the big bang
Jokes on you i cant see myself on the mirror
Jokes on you I don’t even own a mirror
If I look in the mirror for more the 3 minutes my whole vision turns blurry and I see things as if the saturation and the contrast of my vision were turned up
New fear unlocked: fear of looking into mirrors too long
Or looking at anything for too long
Hi I recommend a Brand New Indie Pop/Rock Song & video here on youtube Called 'Looking Into The Mirror' By Robert Nix
Who knew something so mundane could be so dangerous
Eh, that's nature for you. Do anything too much you'll mentally collapse.
if this video was realistic:
son: mom, dad, i'm gonna stare at the window forever so can you bring me water and food?
parents: son are you ok? I think you should stop watching this stuff
Trueee
yea, the background stories of "what if you did ___ forever" are most of the time, absolutely ridiculous. i think it's better to just not have them
@@justin4296 Its just for entertainment lol i bet even infinite comparisons know that these videos arent true

The fact that your family wants you to stare at the mirror and helps is accurate. Now they don't have to look at you!
"hey fam i'm gonna stare into the mirror forever, care to help me?"
*"sure why not"*
If You Stare At A Mirror For Long, You Hallucinate And You Randomly See Your Favorite Characters From Your Childhood
People on Instagram be like:
can we appreciate this guy for giving us a backstory?
I feel awkward after looking in the mirror for 5+ seconds
"Family and Friends help"
Like that's ever gonna happen
I love how he makes a whole backstory as to why you're staring at yourself in the mirror.
You should do it calmly. Just watch in your own eyes. After 5 minutes or so something will happen
You need to be bored when watching the mirror, but if you are happy enough nothing crazy will happen
I once stared at a mirror in the dark for about five minutes before I chickened out. My face distorted the tiniest bit, but I didn't see anything crazy.
Edit: I'm pretty sure I saw my reflection blink when I didn't though. I don't fully remember.
Welcome to early signs of psychosis (hallucinating disorder)
Rey Mann I don't think so. I think it was the natural reaction to staring in one spot for so long.
Rey Mann Could be wrong, but idk
there is a high chance you seeing your blink is real since light takes some time to travel between the mirror and the eye back and forth
This is actually some what true, starting at your own self in a mirror especially in dim lighting or little to no light, you hallucinate but it’s all in your brain starts visuals you see!!! It’s actually quite interesting how powerful our brain can be xD
So true did you true it before
*i have a creepy thing to tell you guys*
*if you look in the mirror forever, you will see a smile on ur face even if ur not smiling, and the smile will become taller, and bigger, and over and over again..*
My face starts to becomes distorted after 1-3 minutes.
So basically, looking at the mirror can make you go crazy
technically yes but it's more likely that your going to get traumatized or have a heart attack from what I know if your a person that thinks scary stuff
*The moment where you're playing rock, paper, scissors with your reflection and you win*
one time when i was like nine i was messing around and making faces in the mirror . i was sitting with my ass on the edge of the sink and my feet directly in it . i remember doing this for about a minute or two before staring at myself up close started to make me feel scared and uneasy , so suddenly that it was startling . didn’t do it again , and now i’m sixteen
I can't look at myself in the mirror because everytime I look at myself in the mirror the mirror shatters
What?
@@safwanstar4850 you saw what I said
Some of you dont understand that you in order this to happend youre supposted to look at mirror without moving smiling and things
“I stared at the mirror for 48 hours.” *MrBeast*
Fun fact: Starring at a mirror for long periods of time is a method of divination/fortune telling, and it's called Catoptromancy.
I usually stare at the mirror for up to 3 hours and I felt more like a celebrity instead 😂
I was looking in the mirror for 40 minutes and nothing happened except deformations of my face.
The fact that someone is looking at the mirror forever and telling what it sees its very chad.
I once spent 5 minutes staring at the mirror, i'm not kidding but a smile appeared on my face. The scary part was that I was not even smiling at the time.
How to be happy when you’re not happy 😃
ohhh nahhh man
You probably is smiling in real life, you just don't notice it
One time I looked in the mirror and my face looked like it was a different shape. I got scared so I looked away and looked back a few times. It still looked the same but I had to look again an hour later for it to be normal.
I looked in the mirror for almost 2 hours once. Nothing happened, no hallucinations or anything
@notYourUA-cam no i wasnt doing anything else and i straight looked at my eyes while moving them as little as possible.
You have to focus. 🙃
Who the hell did yall force to stare at a mirror for 20 days
when I look at myself in the mirror for too long, it feels like I'm not looking at my own reflection, but something else..
One of my pupils got small and the other got big I was sitting there like 10 mins
2:48 Wha -... WHAT?!? No! Why would it end like that?!
THIS IS A *VERY* BAD ENDING
I LOVE looking at myself in the mirror. Never realized how bad it was for me 🤣
I have a huge fear of mirrors since i am a child, when i have a nightmare with the mirror in front of my old room. Now i know why
Me acting, dancing, singing and feeling that I'm talented in front of the mirror for atleast 1 hour:
