My story with periods is something I can't even wish for my enemy...if at all I went these classes I wouldn't have suffered the way I dd....I could bleed for one month with very painful cramps and heavy periods...I was soo ashamed I didn't have friends no one wanted to be associated with me coz I was ever bleeding and dirty 😢😢😢😢(let me cry kidogo) I went through alot...it lowered myself esteem..I was called lazy, careless , dirty.....let me tell you Maina by the time i was diagnosed I could not leave the bed I was anemic with a HB of 2....The treatment was painful..the journey wasn't easy....I healed nways 😢😢....I feared for my daughter to go through what I went through..I started the lesson early...am always very anxious to an extent I check her flow every time she is menstruating....I can even check her used towel
