Wow impressive, be there for your girl/girls. I was brought up by both parents, but my dad was a hands on caring gentleman. And we as 6 girls are who we are because of that.
I am so impressed that African men are changing the story. I lost my mum before I started my periods and thank God for the most amazing father to ever live, he walked my small sis and I through everything menstruation. And to top it up, we both had cramps from hell and Baba was always researching for us on methods to ease cramps. I pray he has a corner with limitless wifi and music in heaven. Kudos Baba Mumbus and Mumbus for being the change we yearn for.

This is heart warming and a huge lesson to us men and fathers on how our bonds with our children should be ❤️❤️

we might have many problems in Kenya but we also have the best of the best, who would have thought that we old school Kenyans would be sitting here watching a father talk to his beautiful daughter about a topic that some consider taboo, Abel your content is too good, keep it up.
Brave topic handled with no shyness, awkwardness or embarrassment. Bold, confident, fearless daughter right there and honest, willing-to-learn dad. Kudos guys. When kids feel comfortable and unembarrassed talking to a parent at any age about anything, you have a mutually rewarding, fun relationship and it can literally save their life if they're ever in a crisis or unusual situation. Good stuff.
Yep, me , my saving grace was school. I remember watu wa always walikuja to our school when I was in class six and they had all the older girls in one class during games time and they showed us how pads are worn and removed. I've always admired the father-daughter relationship between these two. Besides, I love the fact that Mumbu has not only demonstrated the process of wearing a pad, but also proper disposal of soiled pads. Let's be hygienic and observe proper disposal of used sanitary materials especially in public washrooms.
