Even though friendships were created because of the negative reviews from parents, you can't deny they are still one of the best parts of the MK franchise

Scorpion pulling a giant teddy bear to him is fantastic. Also, who would’ve imagined that so many of these characters are so talented. We’ve got multiple musicians, a tap dancer, an ice skating performer, Noob Saibot is legendary at jump roping, and much more. These are great.

Man, if only they kept the inclusion of the other fighter in these Friendship’s. Imagine us getting the chance to see Mileena invite Kitana or Sindel to her tea party, Sub-Zero sharing popsicles with Noob, Kano having a cook out with Sonya, Rambo playing laser tag with RoboCop or Terminator, etc.
Those would have been amazing to see.

Maybe not ALL of them, that would get kinda repetitive, but there are definitely few that would have been better if the opponent was involved. Cassie taking a selfie with Shang Tsung while they're both covered in blood is still something I want to see

@@Fershizzal Yes but FRIENDSHIPS were made because parents complained it was too gory. Any other studio would’ve been like “yeah well be a responsible adult and don’t let your kids play then” but MK said “yea ok sure” and did the expansion pack. It’s cute & mocking while satiating the good Christian moms out there.
Even Rambo's friendly side has PTSD. Poor guy.
These were fun to see. I haven't really followed MK since like MK3. And I don't know most of the characters today if they weren't in the original first 3 games. But Its nice to see they still kept the goofy stuff. It makes me imagine that this will be a memory for kids today as it was for me as a kid.

I don't understand why the character animation for friendships is beautiful and perfectly done... But the animation during actual gameplay is like watching 2x4 planks tied together.
I love how some of the friendships in MK11 is just them doing their favorite hobby. Like Rambo playing Laser tag, Frost ice skating, Jax playing the saxophone, etc.
i love how even with all the disturbing and frightening fatalities in this game, the game developers still wanted to show a humorous and innocent side to it. shows that all the fatalities are just for fun and it is possible to not have so much violence all the time lol
