talking about the flaw’s of bojack horseman’s mindset and how it negatively impacts his life #mentalhealthawareness #bojackhorseman #videoessay #motivation #growthmindset
Bojack is such a complicated character, with flaws and a bunch of development. He has trauma and just uses it as an excuse for his wrong doings. I feel after Sarah-linn he became an unforgivable character.. Amazing video! True on the victim-mentality..He just always feels like a victim, when he is usually the villain.
Its not a victim mentality. It is well known that bojack is supposed to be representation of BPD ESPECIALLY BPD in males (which is largely overlooked and under talked about. Same with women with autism ESPECIALLY WOC). I know it wasnt your intent, but if painting BPD people as having a “victim mentality” is very stigmatizing.
i don’t mean for it to be like that, i could’ve explained it better, but, i wanted to give something to relate to for people that feel like they have a victim mentality themselves, i wanted it to be relatable for them, but i do understand your point, my point was just to try to help people break out of their own victim mentality by giving them what to do right rather then make bojack’s mistakes
@leroyknox, be aware of people stating claims or giving criticism, the shows creator never said anything about him having bpd or was confirmed, it’s a popular topic online and people “self diagnose” cartoon characters all the time. That girl doesn’t have any research to back up that claim, but you probably already knew that. Great video, bro!
That is not canon. The shows creator never said anything about Bojack having BPD, nor is It stated anywhere in the show. The only mental illness bojack does have is depression. The rest is speculation and fan interpretation, which isnt wrong but it isn't a fact.

Great video essay! I'd love to see more of your ideas. :)
thank you, i have more planned❤️
This video NEEDS more attention
I have to stop relating to Bojack horseman or I’m actually cooked
he is a relatable character, it’s okay to relate to him, just make sure to work on yourself as much as you can❤️
If you relate to him too much, id gather you have a personality disorder. On account he is a classic textbook borderline
Youre cooked for using lingo like that.
Literally me
Hope you learn and heal
@@Ltechh me too man thanks
Amazing video, thank you
i’m more thankful for you watching, you’re welcome❤️
U repeat words a bunch. Like throughly, truly, really, some sentences, etc
When i was in college i would do that in my papers and it would drive my professor INSANE. He printed out a sheet of alternate words
@@levelup200 look i understand, im barely just starting this type of stuff, im trying my best.
