I’ve freed myself from the indoctrinations of Justin Rhodes and your content helped me do this. I’m in Idaho and love watching your relationship with your son and the freshness of your skill set and property. Best Wishes always.
LOL! I watch Justin, but I don't take what he does as gospel. One has to figure out what works for their own environment/family situation/etc. I love my goats, but I doubt most people could raise them the way I do.
Dear son by another mother, I saw you on Justin’s vlog this week and wondered why you had wondered our of Idaho. Loved hearing your sweet voice and seeing your videography skills. Looking forward to seeing Little Buddy next time? Thank you for this brief visit. Prayers.
Hey Dan ,i tend to agree. Unless you're Milking them or Eating them. Doesn't seem to be much use for them unless you enjoy watching them masdestruct thing's 😊. Nice to see you at the Holler 🌞. JO JO IN VT 💞
I love my goats!! I have one Sanaan and the rest are Kikos. I have 2 young does that are half Sanaan and half Kiko. As soon as I finish my kitchen I hope to start making cheese. My friend looked up the butterfat content of Kiko goats and they were 7%! If I could only afford a cream separator I would love to try making goat butter. I hear it's really good.
We kept goats for years, they are fine as long as kept properly, good fences suitable food, regular foot care etc. Poor fencing and feed goats will escape, they are very picky feeders and generally will not eat from the ground but they love fruit trees, roses etc.
I don't like the taste of goat meat, milk, or cheese; as a matter of fact, I can't even tolerate its smell, so I was never a fan of goats; but it's interesting to watch a video about them and I certainly respect anyone who's become an expert on something. It was great to see Justin Rhodes and Mike Dixon. I'm a fan of both of their channels; learned a lot from Justin Rhodes over the years.
I love horses, and dogs as well, and goats are also one of my favorites. They are more personable, and intelligent than sheep, but not as tasty of course.
Love the style of film making you’ve developed for your vlog. They’re micro documentaries 🎉
Thanks, bro! I like doing it this way rather than having to try to "vlog" the whole thing, if you know what I mean.
Dan your videography and interviewing skills are second to none.
😊 Thank you, Annie!
Thanks for coming. You were an absolute pleasure to have.
Thank you for being fantastic hosts!
I Love DAN... He went thru a bad time but bounced back.
He truly is an amazing man.
❤️😊

I appreciate you still watching my videos even when Justin is in them. Thank you!
LOL he's a very good business man.
@@southerngardenesse correct! Greed without scruples…beyond practical and family principles. A show.
I disagree so please, don't put words in my reply.

Thank you always for the very kind and encouraging comments!
Thank you Dan. I always look forward to a Grass-fed Homestead video.
You're welcome, Dan. Thank you for your support!
I've missed your vlogs! Good to see you out at Justin's again.
It was a whirlwind visit but it was good!
I personally love my goats. Can't wait for the videos on goats.

7% sounds fantastic!
Does goat milk cream come to top?
@@maryarcher8484 Some does, but not as much as cows milk.
❤ you do such a wonderful job making videos !
Thank you, Karion!
My goats are my favorite out of my animals. You and Justin need to meet my goats. They break all the “goat” rules.
I was up your way in Vermont in March. Maybe I can get to Maine sometime and visit!

Awesome.
Of course, you may be second to Little Buddy one day!! He has learned MUCH from his Dad about making a GREAT heartfelt video
I'd be happy for that to happen!
When can we expect the class on Abundance Plus?
I believe this fall but I'm not 100% sure
Enjoyed this immensely! We had dairy goats for years. It's all, all, all about the fencing. Go electric or you'll be chasing them with a feed bucket.
Good advice!

I understand! They aren't for everyone (including me!).
If you are seriously wanting to raise some quail, I know a breeder just down the road from your friends at the dairy near Chewelah!
I like the idea but I'm not ready. If that changes, I'll let you know!

I love the idea of goats as I have a really masochistic love of chaos lmao but in reality I know I'm not in a position to deal with goats xD
Knowing one's limits is a good strength!
I liked Clare and this video
What's her UA-cam channel?
She doesn't have one
Cool
