And, even if it's "boring", it's representative of the top level in this game, there is minimal variety but it's how it is, and it's imo still interesting and fun to watch in its own way. It's not fun to get your ass kicked by those team while you're playing with fun teams that's for sure, but it's nice to have a showcase of how the game is at high level. But yeah I agree that a ratio tourney could be a lot of fun.

You people have main character syndrome; you aren't going to be good enough at this game(or probably any, with this whimpering attitude) in ranked to play people cracked out of their mind. There's casual lobbies too. The unfun issues with MVC2 are guard break and unblockables, but on a casual level, if you get on now while people are playing, it's not going to happen to you. At least there's 10-12 highly viable, super sick characters. Better balance than the first year of SF6 getting JP'd, Luked, and Ken'd to death, most of SFV's lifespan, and SF: Third Strike.
