I have a pretty low resonating voice. Slightly higher than corpses and I’m able to do the loli voice which is like almost the opposite of my voice. You just have to practice practice practice. Two things that helped me was bringing your larynx up like your beginning to swallow, practice just breathing high pitch, and whispering in a higher pitch. Its going to help get your vocal cords adjust to whatever pitch your trying to achieve.
