    Thank you so much sir...I have Also Pure Ocd...where I have same thoughts and fear that I'm still suffering from Anxiety Issues and I'm never gone recover from this and There's no solution this 3 thinking trap are not logical I have lot of knowledge and experience throughout my Anxiety healing journey I'm almost healed from my Anxiety but This pure O got Devoloped in my Teenage when first time I made belief those 3 thoughts which come back again and again and I keep fearing and I don't take any action feels like there's no solution to it kind of Mamory hijack symptoms....But Now I knew Self Acceptance and Self Mindfulness is the Biggest Medicine for Ocd and Anxiety Issues..I practice daily and I felt so calm and Valued towards my thoughts and Feelings no need to fight with them just Accept and let go of those fake Thoughts...I think I'm in control 60% about to make complete recovery 💯✅
